After seeing this as well as a post that @davidsven shared about incredible custom hardware people are building, I see a world where hardware wallets are assembled at home avoiding all risk of doxing from database hacks of manufacturing or shipping partners
Holy crap this is huge. We need to use this pattern for everything. Protocol configuration changes, etc. Completely eliminates the need for dedicated signing devices. If you can actually trust what you read on your ledger, it *is* the dedicated signing device.
