I don’t take many clients, and I also don’t generally talk about them. Today I’m making an exception. My client, Abe Shafi, filed a criminal referral against Jina Choi, a Biden-era former federal prosecutor.

America tried permanent DST in the 70s. It started out popular but then became extremely unpopular once people realized it was dark all morning in the winter There were extreme safety concerns for kids going to school in the darkness Retailers, PGA, other lobbys want it now

Breaking: The Omani pilot said during his interrogation that he had planned to crash the plane into Ben Gurion Airport. That is why he attacked the other pilot only while over Jordan, near Israel. He planned to make a normal landing approach and, in the final seconds, when interception would no longer be possible, crash the plane into the terminal. The plot was thwarted only thanks to the fateful decision of the injured Indian pilot to open the door at all costs.

Americans are being threatened by foreign countries with arrest and imprisonment for exercising their First Amendment rights online. The federal GRANITE Act, H.R. 10174/S. 5478, would fix this and deter foreign censorship. Call your representatives!

Best administration of my lifetime, and the single most important promise made by the Trump administration is being kept
By the numbers, Trump has the highest ICE arrest rate and largest volume of voluntary departures on record. Asylum grants have fallen to an all-time low, border encounters have flatlined and naturalization has collapsed. This is officially the administration of remigration.

If you guys think Eisenkot - a former IDF chief of staff with terrible English - Will do a better job of maintaining the American alliance than Netanyahu, I have a bridge to sell you

I expand on this here:
Expanding on earlier comments here (since I noticed a decent amount of Israeli comments/questions): People like Nadav seem to be under the impression that Netanyahu has uniquely angered the Democrats, and that replacing him with someone more "liberal" and "reasonable" will improve the relationship between Israel and the Democratic Party. But that deeply misunderstands the modern Democratic Party. There are two basic competing factions within that party - the DSA left, who see Israel and Zionism as fundamentally evil forces and who you won't be able to negotiate with, and the establishment Dems, who THINK they merely dislike Netanyahu, but in reality actually dislike *consensus Israeli public opinion*. What do I mean by that? Establishment Democrats believe very firmly in the two-state solution. Most of them also believe Israel has committed something close to a genocide in Gaza, and went way, way too far after 10/7. They believe you should not have gone into Rafah. Etc. Of the two factions, the DSA has quite a bit more energy behind it. Establishment figures like Hakeem Jeffries have to basically beg DSA figures like Mamdani not to run primary challengers against them. As a result, Establishment Dems have a strong reason to pander to the DSA left, and there are few issues that DSA types care about more than hurting Israel. So back to your own politics for a second. Let's say the left wins the upcoming election, and Eisenkot becomes Prime Minister. I think Republicans won't really care that much either way. Trump will be disappointed - he genuinely likes Netanyahu. (Indeed, I suspect that one of the first things he'd ask of a PM Eisenkot will be to make Netanyahu's pardon happen). That said, young Republicans are definitely not as solidly behind Israel as they have been in the past, and the lack of a compelling figure who can explain Israeli policy to Americans in English won't help you. But ah, you say, what if the Democrats win the White House in 2028? Say, an establishment type like Gavin Newsom? Well, here's what the first meeting between Newsom and Eisenkot will look like: Gavin: "Gadi, my friend! Great to see you. I'm thrilled that it's you and not that idiot Netanyahu in charge now." Gadi, in broken English: "Ah, yes, my friend, Gavin. Great to see you." Gavin: "Ok, Gadi, so when can we expect you to sign on to the two state solution? Bibi was standing in the way of that, but now we can do the right thing and give the Palestinians what they really do deserve." Gadi: "Ehm...I cannot do that. They would kill us." Gavin: "Gadi...I have to tell you that won't work for the United States. We expect you to work with us to create a Palestinian state, in short order. You understand my voters hate you." Gadi: "Ehm...I'm sorry, I just can't do that." Gavin: "You're going to need to change your mind, fast. Also, we're going to need you to withdraw from the Gaza Strip, Southern Lebanon, and the Hermon in Syria, immediately." Gadi: "Ehm...I'm sorry, I can't do that either." Gavin: "I'm sorry, WHAT? You are occupiers! That's not your land! Withdraw, immediately!" Gadi: "Ehm...I can't, sorry, we can't let Hamas and Hezbollah reconstitute themselves." Gavin: "Very well. You should head back to Jerusalem. Don't call us, Secretary of State Ocasio-Cortez will call you." You see the problem. There's no mainstream Israeli politician who will be able to mollify Democrats on policy. Honestly, Netanyahu will probably do better than Eisenkot at handling the Democrats, just because he's been handling American diplomacy for so much longer that he might scare Newsom into being more flexible. But hey, maybe you guys just are tired of Bibi, and want someone else running your country. It's your country, far be it for me to tell you otherwise. I'm just saying, if you think that Netanyahu is the cause of your diplomatic problems, you are flat wrong, and if you are going to replace Netanyahu and diplomacy is the thing you are worried about, you probably should be replacing him with someone like Bennett, who at least knows how to talk to right-wing Americans.

There are now more than 2,600 local and state agency agreements with ICE across the country, up from 135 before Trump, a 1,835+% increase. More than 1,860 agencies have joined the Task Force Model to arrest illegal aliens, covering several red states, up from 0 before Trump.
