🚨 Bengaluru-based @xTerraRobotics has launched a wheeled quadruped, DHAV-Hy. It is fully indigenous, being designed, engineered and built in India. It has a max speed of 5 m/s, and a payload capacity 10 kg for all terrains. This wheeled variant has been in R&D for three months, and xTerra is actively piloting DHAV-Hy in industries for inspection.

That's a full second of airtime, by the way. Bengaluru-based @xTerraRobotics launched their expensive quadruped off a ledge. It tilted midair, landed sideways, recovered (at speed), and came to a stop. Absolutely UNREAL what is happening in India's robotics scene right now.

🚨 Bengaluru-based xTerra Robotics (@xTerraRobotics) has just unveiled DHAV, an industrial quadruped built for inspection, security & surveillance across rough terrains. The robot uses 12 in-house QDD actuators, produces up to ~80 Nm joint torque and can carry a 10 kg payload.
