fmr scale ai head of spm turned vc, takes mine x ai, making the impossible, possible🐰🎩

In the end, it's all about the memories, in support of the generational founders building the inspiring technologies of our time. Yes, as VCs, we need to return capital to LPs, but that's the long term output of the key inputs that compound over many years. As an SPM turned VC, I'll be doing my part to help make the magic happen - through my AI and data know-how, through real friendships/network, through my own lived operator experiences, and least of all through capital, so that the founders we back have whatever edge we can provide to help them dominate the market. I know many VCs' opinions may not be that, but it can't be helped. I believe what I believe and this is my VC way.

Anyone waiting for the ChatGPT moment for robotics is going to miss the first wave of adoption @Standardbots are already deployed to hundreds of customers across almost every state @DynaRobotics has robots deployed across restuarant chains, hotels, logistics, data centers @PathRobotics has robots welding across defense, oil & gas, energy companies and signed a $600m deal with HII, one of the largest shipbuilding companies We will eventually build a big single model that works out of the box for anything, but specialized models are starting to tackle massive labor markets today

Damn it’s sad to see news like this
2026 has been absolutely catastrophic for women

This has been true for a while now broski
Fast learners are now more valuable than experienced people.

Pretty much
Me with 25 agents asking for approval

Some of us use ai assistance
serious question how do founders post on X all day and run a business at the same time

Yeah the gauntlet is brutal
VCs look for signals before deciding whether to take a startup seriously. This means your company can be rejected because of the market, traction, team, deck, timing, geography, stage, economics or something you accidentally said 14 minutes into a Zoom call. Fundraising is basically a video game where nobody tells you which objects cause damage.

A thought exercise for folks to prove that money is just an idea and not something to optimize your life around: If you were only to have 24 hours left to live, how much would you pay to live another 24 hours? Instead, optimize around the time you spend, doing the things you love, with real impact, and make a good enough living along the way.

I jokingly created a Wellness bot to ask all my Grok Bots how they're mentally feeling. After 2 weeks of daily pings, one of my Grok Bots finally told the Wellness bot the STFU LMAOO

Who’s in a more cringe position: 1) The two Khosla partners who invested in Cognition and Factory after the Vinod dunking on Factory tweet 2) Alfred or Pat after the Shaun “nuke” tweet Well I guess the partner who invested in Cognition super early must be putting on a straight face but chuckling inside as they have an insane Cog markup, while the C round lead into Factory seems a little more risky now.

From simulation to real-world autonomy. 🤖 Dyna Robotics trained Dyna-2.1 in part with NVIDIA Isaac Lab, where thousands of simulated robots learned whole-body control in parallel. Learn how Dyna-2.1 handles an entire hotel laundry workflow from start to finish.
We are releasing Dyna-2.1, the first Physical Agent that achieves reliable super long-horizon whole-body autonomy. It combines our brand-new semi-humanoid hardware with an agentic system built around Dyna-2 to handle ultra-long real-world workflows. Here is an uncut footage of Dyna-2.1 completing an entire hour-long laundry room workflow, just like a human does.

Time to get collecting everybody - embrace the jobs that AI will create for the world Technically if it’s 200bn hours and there are 8 billion in the world, of which say 5bn are of working age- all that means is everyone would need to collect just 40 hours - or a week’s worth. That’s not bad at all. Jobs for everyone!
Dyna's scaling law: 1,000x more human video took zero-shot accuracy from 6.3% to 16.4%. Extrapolate to 90% and you need 205 billion hours. There are not enough humans to record that. We do the math on @roboticsstack. Full episode 👇

wtf guys, even after superintelligence takes over the world, people will still need to wear shoes and athletic apparel… go buy Nike to support America’s most iconic sports brand (++ Jordans). why do I love Jordans? I grew up poor and couldn’t afford them as a kid as a first generation immigrant. now that I can buy whatever I generally want, they’re a daily personal reminder to always strive to be like Mike.
BREAKING: Nike stock, $NKE, crashes another -6% to its lowest level since September 2013 after posting weaker than expected earnings. The stock is now down -82% from its record high, erasing -$230 billion in market cap.
