Amazon just blocked me from using Grok Bot to maintain my seller accounts.
I have ALS. I am a full quadriplegic, and I cannot click through Seller Central myself. I use Grok Bot because I am disabled and I need it to do the work.
On March 4, 2026, Amazon updated its Business Solutions Agreement and added an Agent Policy. Amazon's own seller notice says it may restrict AI agents that access Amazon services. Those agents have to identify themselves as automated systems, follow the policy, and stop if Amazon tells them to.
I understand a rule against bots that pretend to be people. This is not that. This is a disabled seller who cannot run the account without help.
Should I sue Amazon for discrimination under the ADA? Not yet. The sensible first step is to ask Amazon for a reasonable accommodation, an exception that lets me keep using the bot because of my disability. A lawsuit is the last step, not the first.
