Notice how the right-wingers calls the Cornell 7 “boys” while they call Jane Doe a “woman” or a “female”? All of the responsibility is shifted onto her because “women should know better” and “boys will be boys”. Never mind the fact that some of these men were years older than her.

The DA in the Cornell 7 case has been caught lying or at the very least misleading the public after he suggested that he wasn’t provided additional evidence beyond Jane Doe’s 6-page statement summary. New reporting reveals that he was offered additional evidence but declined to review it. This is disqualifying nytimes.com/2026/10/02/nyreg…

Transcripts of the interviews between Title IX investigators and the accused members of Chi Phi fraternity reveal incoherent and often contradictory descriptions of the night in question. As an attorney, I’m astounded by the numbers of red flags here that were effectively ignored by campus police and the DA’s office. nytimes.com/2026/10/01/nyreg…

my GOD. The inimitable Amanda Gorman
An erasure poem of District Attorney Matthew Van Houten’s explanation for why the Cornell Seven were not criminally prosecuted. The materials sent to the prosecutor by campus police were missing Jane’s assertions that she was raped. Staggering. In this poem, I decided to omit the document to unerase Jane’s truth within it.

New reporting from CNN reveals that the Chi Phi fraternity snapchat group contained an image of Jane Doe on the night of the assault. This poses serious questions about what other documentary evidence may have been lost to snapchat’s auto-delete feature that could have been discovered if campus police and the DA’s office had investigated in a timely manner. cnn.com/2026/10/01/us/video/…

Contrary to popular belief on this god forsaken app, it is possible for a woman to consent to an encounter with two partners but to withhold consent when a new group of men enter the room or when 57 more are invited in a group chat. That feels pretty obvious unless you believe women are freely conquerable once they breach your standards of modesty.

Cornell has been caught in a lie this morning. After previously asserting that they turned over all investigatory documents to the DA, NYT reporting reveals that they withheld the transcript of Jane Doe’s testimony and sent only the summary they produced, omitting key details and assertions. While Jane Doe did sign the statement, she is NOT an attorney and was not at all qualified to determine which legally relevant details to include or omit. That is the job of a system that failed her at every turn. And to be clear, this does not absolve the DA. If he truly believed he received a police report about a totally consensual evening (which that six page summary was not) it was his job to investigate why this young woman made a police report in the first place. Instead, he went on cable news to malign her character and weaken her credibility. Disgusting on every front. nytimes.com/2026/10/01/nyreg…

Cornell 7 DA says he never saw Jane Doe’s statement to campus police that she could say with 100% confidence that she was raped, but Cornell says they forwarded all investigatory records to his office. Both things can’t be true, so who’s lying? cbsnews.com/newyork/news/cor…

After the DA in the Cornell 7 case was caught lying about Jane Doe’s statement to campus police, he’s changing his story and now claims he never actually saw her statement. So which is it? You saw the statement and she made a police report about a consensual encounter or you never saw it at all? Both seem to be incorrect and point to a desperate half-baked coverup cbsnews.com/newyork/news/cor…

Now seems like a good time to remind people that anywhere from 9%-20% of accounts on here are bots that are routinely utilized to espouse right wing propaganda, especially misogynistic garbage. Don’t judge public opinion on Twitter discourse.

New reporting reveals that the DA in the Cornell 7 case straight up lied about Jane Doe’s statement to campus police. He defended his decision not to bring charges by claiming she described all activities on the night in question as “voluntary, conscious, and consensual”. That made no sense in the first place, because who gives a statement to police about fully a consensual encounter? According to new reporting, she told campus police “I can say with 100% confidence I was raped” and that during the assault, she “was being hit at the same time. Physically hit very, very hard." cbsnews.com/newyork/news/cor…

Congressman Khanna hits the nail on the head here. It’s not just about a few bad actors. We need to dismantle the systems that produce and protect them.
Reports from Cornell, LSU, and United Airlines demonstrate a crisis of misogyny in this country. Universities protect the star athlete. Fraternities protect their own. Corporations protect their bottom line. Women and girls deserve accountability.

If the Cornell 7 reminds us of anything, it's that men DO NOT pretend to be trans women in order to assaułt us. They pretend to be our friends.

Professional rape apologist Michael Tracey tells on himself with his choice of words, threatening to publicize the identity of the Cornell 7 Jane Doe because it will bring him “extreme pleasure”. Dominating women, violating their express wishes and privacy, is rape culture and this is BLATANT.
Replying to @emkenobi
"Report" me for what, exactly? Save your breath, scumbag. Sorry you hate the First Amendment so much. Her identity is obviously newsworthy at this point, and I will take extreme pleasure in reporting it. (Not "doxing" -- that's a total canard)

We hear a whole lot from the right about the theoretical threat posed by trans women using our bathrooms, yet they’re suspiciously silent when frat bros actually drug and rape someone. Where’s their outrage about the Cornell 7 and the admin protecting them?
