This is what the French call…Le fucked 😂
🚨LATEST: Sumitomo Mitsui DS reportedly EXITED its entire position in French government bonds, rotating into German Bunds and short-term Japanese debt. This wasn’t a trim. It was a full exit. France’s 10-year spread over Germany has reportedly surged past 140 basis points, while 5-year CDS climbed to around 81 bps, signaling sharply higher perceived sovereign credit risk. The bigger risk is the flow. Japanese investors still hold roughly ¥25 trillion of French debt. If more capital follows this rotation home, France could be forced to attract buyers with even higher yields just as fiscal concerns are already pressuring its bonds. Cheap-yen carry trades helped finance higher-yielding assets around the world for years. Now Japan’s capital coming home could start reversing that trade. France may be getting an early look at what a broader yen-funded unwind looks like.

Originally, I was just going to make a post saying go follow @nixoniandotcom to support our homie @HalloweenIn2008 Then I said to myself, let’s go check it out quick and HOLY SHIT. Now my son has been playing an all time favorite computer game of mine, backyard baseball 2001 for the last 20 minutes. Batting practice as Barry Bonds. He already hit one 600ft. Incredible website, so much to explore. But in the mean time, I’ll be playing some backyard baseball with my son. Great job brother, so pumped for you.
Happy Friday: Flip the dial and feel the vibes 📻

🚨 Jihad terror or false flag? Sticking to just the facts of the FlyDubai attempted hijacking, the biggest red flag that Israel must answer for is how a pilot who has no authorization to fly that airplane was able to thwart multiple layers of security, and bring an axe to boot?

For you panicked people involved, even peripherally in Epstein's murder: I do, absolutely, 1,000% have, not just a dead man switch, but a twice daily check in switch. If you think you are fast enough to grab me, torture me and get what you need before it activates, Think again

The quant has spoken. @Matthew_C_Beck
By 2028, it seems Inevitable to me, barring the AI industry completing a Hail Mary (which is possible, something I support, but unlikely) that our Debt Expense as a country will Exceed our GDP Growth. Even if the Hail Mary is completed, it seems inevitable to me that Wealth Disparity will Intensify, Giving Rise to the Original Use and Purpose of Cryptocurrencies as Counterbalancing Mechanisms. This is How Countries Go Bankrupt. But when you control the printing press, you Don't Go bankrupt: You Just Print. The Negative Debt Spiral Dynamic has only played out in 5 out of the last 86 years. 1946, 1949, 1954, 2009, and 2020. It is my view that this Comes to Fruition by 2028, if not accelerated before. Each Time in those 5 years that this dynamic played out, We Printed a Lot of Money, directly or stealthily. Today the leverage situation mirrors the 1940’s most closely. 2008 and Covid (2020) were treated as Shocks. 1940s and Today (2026) are Structural. In this environment, it is my view that you will want to Own the Most Hardcore, Holder Insensitive, Finite Supply Assets With the Highest Sensitivity to Money Printing. Assets that are BTC-like in their nature and DNA at different levels of Maturity, or Market Cap. I want to allocate to the Best Assets That Fit This Profile as far down the stack as I can go. I want to Contribute to the Creation of These Assets as far down the stack as I can go. That is how I'm planning for the next few years. That is how I'm positioning personally. That's why I'm trying to position into old debasement liferafts and contribute to new ones. These will be the things that protect against the impending structural debasement best. In unconventional times, unconventional methods are necessary. SPX6900

Giving it a shot!
The best way to consume orange juice for intra workout: - 16 oz OJ - 16 oz water - 1/4 tsp table salt 16 oz of OJ has about 52 g of carbs. Mixed into roughly 16 oz water total, that's about 5.5%, inside the 4–8% range where gastric emptying and intestinal absorption work best. 5.5% means total carbs per mL volume of liquid. Straight OJ, at about 10%, empties more slowly and is more likely to cause GI trouble. The 4–8% ranges means the stomach empties at close to the rate it would for plain water, and the drink is near isotonic, so the gut absorbs water and sugar together efficiently. Over a 60-90 min training session, that’s roughly 35-50g of carbs per hour.
