Dean is 100% correct I'll take it a step further though Realgood Chicken is complete garbage They use chicken breast with rib meat and anyone who has cooked with it before will know it is almost always tougher and a cheaper cut for several reasons Just Bare for the win
Public Service Announcement: Just Bare Chicken SMOKES Real Good Chicken taste wise Real Good is fine and the macros are excellent but if you’re looking for the more delicious option….it’s NOT EVEN A CONTEST

I usually train alone, other than when I link up with people from here Leg day with @trinity2pointO last week had me unable to walk for a couple days Did legs with Mikey the other day and I’m completely wrecked again Just proves that a good training partner who pushes you, plus wanting to prove yourself, makes a huge difference It also showed me I’m not going as hard as I could be on my regular leg days Need to step that up
If you can bring up your legs, you can bring up anything else. Leg training is where you learn what it means to walk towards the fire voluntarily. Internalize that mentality the next time you load up weight on your hack squat, leg presses, etc. Do the work!

I regret to inform you that @AlaniNutrition is only accepting college students for marketing Missing the boat big time But I'll continue to spread the word of the best tasting energy drink brand there is
Replying to @AlAninu
@AlaniNu — you already own the can women actually want to be seen with. The open lane is the other half of the gym. I’m @fitcapgirldad, teaming with @DigitalFringed1, to put Alani in front of lifters without touching what already works. Not a rebrand. Not darker cans. Just guys who crush sessions, want zero sugar, and will switch the second a flavor earns it. What I bring as an affiliate: a built-in code (FITCAP) and a girl-dad / weightlifter audience that already sits between your core customer and the rack. Posts that end in a code, not a vibe. Pre-workout cans on the bench, “this replaced my old pre” comparisons, and flavor callouts people can buy the same day. A girl dad recommending Alani reads as practical, not performative. That’s the permission slip a lot of lifters are waiting on. @DigitalFringed1 adds the other half: veteran, father of five, daily iron mover, and one of the more obsessive flavor people in the space. Honest tasting content that makes a can look like a PR, not a compromise. Women already trust Alani. Gym bros trust guys who lift like they do. We sit in that overlap, and the code lets you see what actually converts. Open to a short creator test if you are. Happy to send a simple plan. The cans are already good enough. The crowd just hasn’t been invited yet.

2022. 65 years old. 240 pounds. 2026. 69 years old. 180 pounds. That first picture is where this started. I had spent years getting heavier, less active and increasingly unhappy with where I was headed. So at 65, I decided to change it. I started by losing about 80 pounds. Then I discovered bodybuilding and, somewhere along the way, the goal changed from simply losing weight to seeing what I could actually build. It hasn’t been a straight line. I’ve dealt with injuries, health issues, setbacks, changes in training and plenty of days when progress seemed painfully slow. I’ve had to learn that at this point in my life, recovery matters just as much as effort. But I kept going. Four years separate these pictures. Nothing happened overnight, and there wasn’t one magic diet, exercise or drug that did it. It was thousands of pretty ordinary decisions, made over and over again. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I don’t consider this the finish line. I’m still learning, still working and still curious about how far I can take this. I don’t think what I did makes me particularly special. I think it shows how much a person can change when they finally decide they want something badly enough and are willing to give it time. If somebody sees these two pictures and thinks, maybe I could change too, then yes. I believe you can. You just have to want it badly enough to start, and then keep showing up long enough to see where it takes you.
