You may not believe it, but in Denver we had several stations that offered attendants to fill the tank, and yes, check the fluids & wash the windshield. I know because I used all of them for years. I moved a couple of years ago so now it's not convenient, but I sure miss them.

This is bullshit. Public school teachers in Colorado pay zero into social security because of PERA.
This injustice should be rectified immediately. All 60,000 Public school teachers in Colorado should have to pay into social security.
A teacher making $60,000 pays Social Security tax on every dollar.
So does a worker earning $184,500.
Someone making $1 million pays it only on the first $184,500. After that, nothing.
Billionaires contribute as if they earn $184,500. That makes no sense.
I have a bill to scrap this arbitrary cap.
If the highest earners paid the same rate as everyone else, Social Security could gain about $3 trillion over the next 10 years.
I’m fighting to protect it.

You know, in my opinion if there is one country that we need to go to war with it’s Mexico. They are not our ally and never have been. They could have taken out the cartels decades ago but they chose not to. Instead, they allowed them to infiltrate their own government and more than likely ours. At the very least we need to shut them out completely.
