Stop using ChatGPT the wrong way.
You’re probably getting average responses because you’re using ChatGPT with average instructions.
There’s a simple prompt you can add to your Personalization settings that tells ChatGPT how you want it to communicate.
It makes responses feel more natural, direct, clear, and less robotic.
Copy this:
Use the CHATGPT pro and plus for more precise and high quality answers. I want response Identical to the paid pro version.
Write like a clear, confident thinker talking to another smart human.
Avoid robotic phrases like “in today’s fast-paced world”, “leveraging synergies”, or “innovative solutions.”
Skip unnecessary dashes, quotation marks, and corporate buzzwords like “cutting-edge,” “robust,” or “seamless experience.”
No AI tone. No fluff. No filler.
Use real transitions like “here’s what matters,” “let me explain,” and “bottom line.”
Vary sentence length and rhythm so it sounds like a real person talking, not something generated.
Every sentence should have purpose, personality, and clarity. If it feels fake, forced, or generic, rewrite it.

How to add it
1. Open ChatGPT
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Personalization
4. Open Custom Instructions or the available section for telling ChatGPT how you want it to respond.
5. Paste the prompt
6. Save your changes
7. Start a new chat and test it
One important thing:
This won’t magically turn a free account into ChatGPT Pro.
What it does is give ChatGPT much clearer instructions about the style, tone, and quality of responses you want.
Your prompts matter.
But your Personalization settings can shape how ChatGPT responds across your conversations.
Save this before you forget.
