Meet the new Algorand CEO, William Herkelrath. William is our guest on today's episode of Verifiably Random. He recently sat down with CSMO @marcvl to introduce himself to the Algorand community.

We're thrilled to announce William Herkelrath as Algorand's new CEO. William brings two decades of experience across AI, enterprise software, institutional finance, and blockchain infrastructure. Most recently, he co-founded K3 Labs, an AI-first automation platform for building and running AI agent-managed workflows, following leadership roles at Chainlink and Curv.

Half a million post-quantum transactions have now been signed on Algorand mainnet, and counting. That includes both State Proofs and transactions from native post-quantum accounts. The post-quantum era is already live on Algorand.
