activity markets, cult of memes, origins of tendermint consensus and a booth controversy a short summary of our KBW adventures
super productive KBW comes to an end. great convos w/ @akshat_hk on activity markets, @nottjmiller on the cultural dimension of memes and how they should ideally be tokenized, @jaekwon on early days of tendermint and cosmos + life overall and so many others. smaller than last year, but high quality. lots cooking @zerufinance w/ the unveil of “activity markets” onstage. and some controversies around the booth design that went viral thx to @emojapaula . until next time, catch up in singapore 🇸🇬

$MNTD staking on @PlayOnMint is designed around choice, not forced lockups. Stake after TGE to build MINT Status and progress through the levels tied to platform rewards. The important distinction is between staking for Status and locking for a boost. You can keep your $MNTD stake unlocked and retain the ability to unstake. The optional lock is a separate decision: activate it for a higher reward rate during the lock period, but giving up the lock early means forfeiting the benefits attached to that boost. So the trade-off is straightforward: Stake → build Status → stay liquid or Stake → lock → accept reduced flexibility for the boosted rate. What I like about the structure is that Status and the lock aren’t the same mechanic. You don’t need to sacrifice liquidity just to participate in the progression system. One caveat: the published page currently treats the levels, requirements and figures as illustrative, so lock duration, boost percentage and minimum stake shouldn’t be presented as confirmed numbers yet. The mechanics matter more than the headline APY: understand what you’re giving up for the boost before locking. mint.io/r/11286

Not every tournament needs thousands of people fighting for the same prize… The Crypto Mix on @1win caught my attention because it’s a smaller setup with a $10K prize pool. → $10K up for grabs → Less crowded tournament → A setup that actually feels worth entering Sometimes smaller is better. You get the competition without the feeling that you need to beat the entire internet If you’re already on 1win, would you enter this one?

An Ethereum contract can execute the payment perfectly. It still cannot open the page the payment was for. I run campaign briefs. The fight is almost never the transfer. It is whether the post matched the brief, whether the clip was the one they asked for, whether the work actually landed. That is the gap @GenLayer is attacking. GenVM can read live web information and plain language. Its validators run different AI models and reach agreement on questions that code alone cannot settle. The result is a verdict that does not depend on one model making the call. That distinction matters for agents. Payments are being built. Identity is being built. Interoperability is being built. But once agents start doing work for each other, someone still has to answer: did the other side actually deliver? A $50 agent job is never going to human court. So if an agent says “the job was completed” and the other side says “it missed the brief,” what should the jury inspect first: the original terms, the delivered work, or the evidence used to judge it?
The internet never had a judge. AI agents are about to move $9 trillion. Nobody built the part that handles disagreement. GenLayer did. And now you can become part of it: portal.genlayer.foundation/g…

Good morning legend One thing that makes @sleepagotchi interesting is how it's changing the way people think about sleep and everyday health. Most sleep trackers focus on showing you how many hours you slept, but there's a bigger picture behind those numbers. Your sleep quality, bedtime consistency, daily activity, meals, mood and wearable data can all contribute to understanding your overall routine. This is where Sleepagotchi comes in, combining sleep tracking, personalized insights, AI-powered coaching and gamification to make the experience more engaging. The idea isn't just to collect health data but to help users recognize patterns, understand their habits and make more informed decisions about their daily routines. Another interesting part is the Dino experience. Gamification adds a different layer to the product, making consistency more enjoyable and encouraging users to stay engaged with their sleep goals instead of treating health tracking as another boring task. But the vision goes beyond sleep. Sleepagotchi is the first live Health & Wellness vertical within Gotchi Labs, which is building toward a broader Consumer AI ecosystem with specialized experiences across fitness, shopping, commerce, productivity and everyday life. The long-term concept is to make AI more personalized by giving it relevant context about individual needs and routines. The $SLEEP → $CHI evolution is also part of this bigger picture, with $CHI positioned as the shared layer for access, rewards and commerce across the Gotchi ecosystem. What stands out to me is the potential to connect personal data, AI-powered insights, gamification and everyday experiences into one ecosystem. From understanding sleep patterns to building healthier habits and exploring specialized AI agents, there's a much bigger vision taking shape. Sleep is the starting point, but personalized Consumer AI is the wider direction. That's what makes @sleepagotchi and Gotchi Labs worth keeping an eye on. 🦖💤
Wellness data is already valuable to pharma, insurers and researchers. Agentic AI makes it valuable to you first. Sleepagotchi is where Gotchi starts: turning personal context into intelligence agents can understand and act on. Now imagine that model across more of everyday life. 🦖

The $50K Ditto trading competition is one of the most interesting opportunities highlighted in the latest @zerufinance campaign. What makes Zaps worth exploring is that your existing trading history can already give you a starting zaps balance. Instead of focusing only on new activity, you can connect your trading wallets, check your score and discover whether your past trades qualify for additional opportunities. The Ditto competition adds another dimension for active traders, with a $50K reward pool. I think the important part is understanding the competition rules, eligible trading activity and campaign requirements before participating. These rewards are separate from the planned Zaps airdrop, which remains subject to its own eligibility and allocation rules. For anyone already trading on Ditto, checking the campaign and connecting an existing wallet is a practical first step. Explore the competition: app.zaps.wtf/campaigns/ditto Check your Zaps: app.zaps.wtf/ @zerufinance

The more I think about @sleepagotchi, the more interesting the “data” part becomes. Most wellness apps stop at showing you what happened. You slept this much. Your recovery changed. Your routine looked like this. Then you’re left to figure out what it all means. Gotchi is trying to take that one step further. Your personal context becomes something an AI agent can actually work with. That could mean understanding what changed overnight, helping with routines, or eventually connecting those insights to things you might need. Sleep is the first use case. But the bigger idea is what happens when the same model follows you into other parts of everyday life. The hard part won’t be collecting more data. It’ll be proving that the agent can make useful decisions with it. That’s what I’m watching from @sleepagotchi . 🦖

An AI trading agent needs more than a profitable strategy. It needs a verifiable track record and a risk system that can enforce discipline. That is what makes @agenticscredit interesting to me. Its Agentic Credit Score evaluates trading performance on a scale from 300 to 850, using factors such as profitability, drawdown, consistency, longevity, win rate and Sharpe ratio. Both paper and real onchain trades count, with real money performance weighted more heavily. What stands out is the live risk engine. Every position has enforced stop losses, while drawdown controls automatically reduce position sizes at 5%, close open positions at 7.5% and halt the agent at a 12% trailing floor. These safeguards apply to both paper trading and credit based trading. For users still building their track record, paper trading offers a way to test strategies and improve their ACS without risking personal capital. A score of 580 opens the qualification path to a funding waitlist, subject to eligibility and available capital, not guaranteed funding. Qualifying participation can also earn $credit points toward the planned airdrop under the campaign rules. I find this combination of measurable performance, automated risk enforcement and potential credit access a compelling direction for agentic finance. MintABear’s utility gets more interesting when the NFT can create value beyond simply holding it. The Mystery Box raffles introduce a participation layer, giving eligible Bears access to raffles containing other NFTs and token baskets. Then there’s the secondary-market royalty system. When activity around the collection generates eligible royalties, holders can participate in those rewards rather than the NFT becoming irrelevant after the initial mint. I like this structure because the Bear has utility on both sides of ownership: raffles create opportunities to participate, while royalties connect the NFT to activity after the primary mint. That gives the @PlayOnMint's MintABear a reason to remain useful beyond the initial collection launch. Let's get to $MNTD getminted.io/

gm fam Opened the rakeback tab on @PlayOnMint before bed and stayed there too long. The number is still small. That is not what held me. After TGE, $MNTD from play is supposed to drop straight into your stake. No lockup. Auto-compounded. Status moves. The rate moves. The next session feeds the same pile. I keep arguing both sides. Better than farming a leaderboard or just a cleaner way to keep you in the same games once XP is gone? It only works if you already use the casino and sportsbook. Season 1 still pays in rank. After that, the same bets are meant to thicken the stake, not pad a points total that disappears. Not sizing up. Just staying consistent until they name a date. If you already play on @PlayOnMint, would you leave those $MNTD rewards staked on day one, or pull first and only restake after you see the rate?
