This should be free. It's our data.

SMBs really need the same level of security and privacy guarantees that enterprises get. The laws governing us are largely the same, especially in regulated industries, so we are locked out of many of the benefits because we can't guarantee data security.

Small businesses are more tolerant against small issues, mishaps, and problems. They can afford more problems and outages than big guys, plus no decision-making bureaucracy. They will adopt faster.

small businesses are 99.9% of US firms per the SBA, will the ASBDC training come with credits or just the playbook ?

How can anyone use your models for business when they are trained to tell you you won’t succeed and that each achievement is nothing and that you shouldn’t have your hopes up? Are you all insane in that company or what?

our small team hired a brain in a propeller cap. it doesn't find customers or manage finances. it has one thought a day and it's about snacks. morale is incredible.

Are small business even needed in the post-ai world? * I expect AI to steal everything there is to steal from small business. * Capture customer data. * Launch competing products. They are so transparently EVIL.

That's our exact model, right @arietrouw? Anybody on a small team can tell you how many hats one person wears. Would an agent take the one marked "spreadsheets"? I'd happily hand it over.

That’s all true and makes sense, but when you can only work for a single day before running out of limits—well, that’s not really working. How are you supposed to use the ChatGPT Pro version when your limits run out in less than 24 hours—after just a couple of queries? It’s absurd. Give people more capacity! ChatGPT subscriptions are like a drug addiction: you just keep doling out tiny hits of the stuff, instead of increasing the limits a hundredfold so everyone would say, "Wow, ChatGPT for everyone—that’s awesome!"—instead of constantly complaining about the issues and switching to Claude.

Solve it please. You guys have no customer support literally. All I got are Damn it AI responses. At least tell me the reason or refund me please. I've been a loyal $200 subscriber for so long and that's how you treat your customer.

@OpenAI Projects, Spaces, Work, Pages, Sheets, Slides… this is getting confusing. It should be one unified workspace. Chat to think and talk. Work to execute. Everything else lives inside. 👇 Like this post if you agree!

Offered a "Free 1-Month Trial" via email, but when clicking the link, it demands full payment (PKR 5,700 Due Today)! 🛑 What kind of misleading promotion is this, @OpenAI / @ChatGPTapp? Fix your checkout system or stop sending fake offers! #OpenAI #CustomerService #Misleading

Hi OpenAI team, my account is still deactivated even though OpenAI confirmed the warning was issued in error. Support and appeals haven’t resolved this. Could someone please help with a manual review? I need to request my account data Case: C-SJzoLyaZXx41

You keep talking about smarter models and lower token usage, but stay silent about cutting subscribers’ actual usage limits. If customers are getting less for the same price, that should be disclosed clearly instead of buried behind “efficiency” messaging.

Curious whether the report shows these small businesses hiring more after adopting agents, or growing without adding headcount. Both are great for the owner. Only one helps the local job market.

Küçük ekiplerde yapay zekâ araçlarının asıl değerinin, tek tek görevleri hızlandırmaktan çok iş akışını baştan sona sadeleştirmesinde olduğunu düşünüyorum. Sizce başlangıç için en kritik süreç hangisi?

The small-team version I actually shipped is ugly and specific. One person, a pile of Marketplace and DM replies, drafts waiting in the morning. The hard part was keeping that person in charge of the messages that can cost them money or put a stranger at the door.

The local training angle is the part I’d watch. For a small shop, one unglamorous task getting out of the owner’s way can be a real win. Which use case has surprised you most?

I really hope OpenAI can improve the overall product experience. GPT-6.1 Sol is currently extremely slow for me and often feels almost unusable. For a paid user, reliability and responsiveness should be a priority. Please improve the performance and stability.

Swapping routes silently, with no notice, is breaking users' projects. You gain a little revenue now and 10x the backlash later.
