PRC Ministry of Propaganda. job not personal.

Lfmao japan asking for a p5 seat while living under paid American military umbrella is peak cope. You don’t get the big boy table for being a loyal lapdog who still needs daddy’s nukes and bases. Article 9 + 50k US troops ain’t sovereignty, you are a client state with good pr. the original p5 actually fought their own wars and proved their strength. you lost and got castrated. 8 decades of contributions to peace? thanks to your army being a joke, a random island in the pacific has just as many peaceful track records as you. So sit the fck down. strength first then the seat, not the other way around.

That's like saying the people of Russia have nothing to do with World War 2 because it was called the Soviet Union back then. This form of mental retardation is quite common in the West.

astonishing blogpost from Shengyu Liu (刘胜与, also known as interestingLSY/intlsy), kernel engineer at DeepSeek. The first part is his personal struggle with the fact that his work is about to render his beloved craft obsolete. The second is… well. let's just say we agree.

A modern-day legend! 27 years ago, Ronald Sakolsky donated $5,000 to Yin Yuzhen, a Chinese woman fighting desertification. Over two decades, she grew over 50,000 trees with the funds. Now, Ronald Sakolsky has come to China to witness this miracle with his own eyes.

Another great example of everyday Chinese efficiency we just experienced. We got the RV stuck (again, see quoted post below 👇) but this time it's completely not our fault: at the end of a one-way road a height restriction barrier had collapsed. It was meant to block trucks over 3m in height but, due to it collapsing, it was standing at maybe 2m50 and our RV is 2m80 so 🤷‍♂️ And since it was a one way road we couldn't turn around and drive against traffic: forbidden and too dangerous. So we called the police. They arrived in exactly 3 minutes which they told us is actually their official KPI for time to intervention. I repeat: the official KPI for the police here in China is that when someone calls, they need to be on-site within a maximum of 3 minutes 🤯 They did two things: first, they immediately called the local village chief, which in the Chinese system is the person accountable to get the height restriction barrier fixed. The guy arrived in less than 2 minutes! Second, they escorted us to drive back on our one-way road, so we could pass by the bike lane on the side which was large enough for our RV and wasn't affected by the barrier (see 3rd video). To summarize: in the space of a mere 5 minutes after calling them, the police had arrived, the guy in charge of fixing the barrier was on-site, and we were safely escorted back on the road. Problem identified, accountability assigned, solution executed. Five minutes.

🇨🇳 You probably don't realize how common drones have become in China. Delivering packages, spraying crops, inspecting bridges. All before lunch. 40M+ made in a year. This isn't the future. This is Tuesday. What would you like to see next? 🚁🌉

AI is the most important technology of our time. Europe wants to become the first AI Continent. For advanced healthcare, for the transport sector and so much more. European AI Gigafactories will provide the necessary computing power to make this possible. Together with our Member States, we are funding their construction with up to €10 billion, which are set to unlock at least €20 billion in private investements across the EU. Together, we are building our technological sovereignty. link.europa.eu/qGDhv3
Community note
Claiming Europe can become the "AI Continent" with a €10B public investment contrasts sharply with reality. Big Tech alone has invested over $1 TRILLION in AI infrastructure since 2023 (around 100 times the EU's funding). ft.com/content/dcf387…
