I'm not being put up to this, but I recently got an extremely wet spool of HT PLA Pro from Polymaker so bad it made my printer look like a steam cleaner.
I emailed @Polymaker_3D, and basically 24 hours later, I got a fresh spool coming because they made it right. 🔥🔥🔥

Bro, @3DPrintGeneral contacted me directly when my polydryer crapped out. He sent me redemption codes to replace the unit, the drybox that got melted, and couple of replacement spools of filament for the partial roll of generic crap I was just burning through anyway.
