If laws were strictly enforced with:
- Covering victims' medical bills
- Heavy fines for dog owners
- Jail time for failing to provide timely medical aid
- Longer jail terms if the dog is unvaccinated
This would ensure only responsible & worthy people raise dogs

Pitbull pet attacks 6 month old kid in Sonipat Haryana.
Check how relaxed is the Pitbull owner, sorry parent, while the dog was brutally attacking the kid.
Kid is severely injured, in hospital.
But Dog Lovers will still defend it. Justify it by saying dog must be hungry, something must have triggered it.. Blah blah blah.
