Reform #IAS/#IPS Similar to IPS reforms, IAS should also deal only with high level governance - Thinking/planning/analysing/reporting. They should not run anything Imagine DLF/Cipla run by IAS Reforming IAS/IPS alone will make India great. Till then same 💩 @PMOIndia @AmitShah

The followers of Quran did this to Hindus. It should have been painful for the man when Quran was burnt.
In UK, a Muslim attacked a British man with a knife who was burning the Qur'an in protest against Islam. He walked free from the court!

The official verdict is absolute Crap! I'm a Commercial pilot (Complex piston singles) and I have followed this story from the beginning. The official story is pathetic. This will go down in history as one best examples of aviation bravery. For this story to have the happy ending that it did, 3 things had to happen perfectly: First, Cpt. Smit who while on the floor (being attacked with an axe!!!) thought "these are my last moments, but I cant let these people die" and somehow opened the cockpit door. Without his bravery and determination, Everybody dies no question. Second the passengers Yaniv and Yitzhack rushed the cockpit the minute they heard screams. Dont minimize this. Most people in a situation like this would freeze in their seats. Not to mention getting the the front of the plane in a zero G nose over. I'm assuming IDF training (mandatory for all Israelis) but even then excellent reactions under pressure. By rushing to the front immediately, they were on the other side of the door the second that Cpt Smit opened it. The IDF training also probably had a hand in their ability to rapidly neutralize the co-pilot. Yaniv taking the stick and pulling out of the dive is critical simply because there was no time otherwise. At the rate of decent by that point there is maybe 30s to impact if they keep diving (and they were already past Vne) However, contrary to popular male ego, a non pilot successfully recovering the plane has odds near zero. Commercial aircraft are huge and have massive momentum. Even in a small plane, if you are too heavy on the controls nothing happens for ten seconds, then next thing you know you are upside down. The most likely outcome after a non-pilot pulling out of a dive would be overcontrolling and triggering a stall. Fortunately (according to Yaniv's interview) the relief pilot took over just as he leveled the plane. The relief pilots being on board was fortunate, the relief pilot managing to take over the controls before Yaniv could trigger a stall was perfect timing. The pilots were not just random pilots or random airline pilots, they were the relief crew which meant they had hundreds if not thousands of hours in that exact model. Why is this important? Because the co-pilot had smashed the instruments (once again from Yaniv's interview) and the rudder was damaged from exceeding Vne. The relief pilots could handle this as a routine emergency, for a pilot unfamiliar with that airplane and instruments smashed it would be a insurmountable challenge. Finally the Pilot who thought he was going to die was in luck because on board was a dentist. A dental surgeon no less. Not quite the same an ER doc, but enough to stop major arterial bleeding from multiple wounds. If somebody doesnt make a great movie out of this it would be a crime. This is aviation history being made.

The governance system sucks. There are so many officers + an IAS on top; yet needs a push. The system must change IAS folks should not be in charge of gov systems. Decouple them. Keep them away from 💰 They must liase with ppl, govt depts, bring Stds, file issues like Proj mgrs
Great news! Some spots highlighted in this video were fixed today. Tomorrow more work will be done. I'm not in Bengaluru but @Virendra0698 will be on 12th Main at 10 AM tomorrow along with Mr. Vijay Haridas who is the wonderful area inspector who made these quick fixes happen.

Those with mother tongue Hindi or from North of Vindhas - if you have self respect, decency - do not send your driver's or food to TN till the DMK/DK ecosystem gets extinct. Let them starve of food. Let TN govt act. @officecmbihar @CMOfficeUP @CMOMaharashtra @RajCMO @cmohry

Think about it! In today's world of the internet, social media, and AI, the name of the co-pilot is conspicuously absent everywhere. #FlyDubai #CaptainSmit #SmitMachchhar

⚠️ IF THAT FLYDUBAI PLANE HAD CRASHED… 1️⃣ The Indian pilot would have been blamed instantly. 2️⃣ Racists would have flooded social media with “Indian pilots” narratives before investigators even reached the wreckage. 3️⃣ Pakistani troll accounts would have amplified it, turning a tragedy into another India-bashing opportunity. 4️⃣ AI171 and the Phuket incidents would have been dragged in as evidence of a “pattern of behaviour” of Indian pilots. 5️⃣ Every unrelated Indian aviation incident would suddenly have become part of a narrative about supposedly “unsafe Indian pilots”. 6️⃣ Meanwhile, Oman’s lack of any meaningful history of aviation terrorism would have been used to bolster the India pilot angle. 7️⃣ If Indian pilot Capt Smit hadn’t survived & fought back to save the plane, the world would have got an entirely different story.

Indian snacks in Canada are... different. In a good way. Canada is enforcing a new policy where packaged foods high in saturated fats, sugars, and sodium need unavoidable front-of-package labels disclosing their composition. Similar to cigarettes. When I returned to India I couldn't help but miss these labels. During my month in Canada, these labels were the difference between me impulsively picking an unhealthy snack up off the shelf and leaving it there. The label is essentially the government saying, "This food is bad for you. It is linked to chronic diseases. Eat it at your own risk." Given the abundance of healthier options that didn't have these labels (because they weren't high in sat fat, sugars, or sodium), I'd often take a step or two down the aisle and purchase a similar but healthier product in the same category. Easy. I wish FSSAI would implement something similar in India, so that Indian consumers can make healthier and more informed decisions without having to parse complex back-of-package nutrition labels.

So this moron @india_plus_ couldn't manage to find a company founded in 1958 in the U.S or UK that is still under $167B! Height of stupidity is to compare like this. Proving that a refiner couldn't match a deep tech company? Compare yourself with the Anthropic founder u idiot.

(It's Vadapalani not Vadapakani) May be @narendramodi & @AmitShah are to be blamed for this? 👇 Between Porur - Vadapalani there are 5 stations. None of them are complete, so trains won't stop. The 2 stations are 5Kms apart. They were ready but 2mon wait for VIP opening Shame
118.9-km Chennai Metro Phase II is set to transform Chennai’s entire transportation map. Now, a part of this ambitious project is set to be dedicated to the nation on October 11 by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi. We, BJPians can brag that it was because of the Visionary Leadership of PM Modi that this transformation became a reality. 🙌

This is exactly what I keep stressing about - the Standards. Most basic thing needed and to be replicated everywhere. Congrats @CMOTamilnadu Also, please ensure that the height of road is not raised overtime. Tons of houses face waterlogging as roads are laid without milling.
🚨Chennai Unified Metropolitan Transport Authority (CUMTA) is preparing a set of Street Design Guidelines that it expects all government departments to follow. Road width, green cover, pedestrian infra, parking etc to come. GO could be issued soon...🤞

This is why I say - IAS/IPS roles should be completely reframed. They should be trained to apply standards by Standards institute, be involved in research, analysis, planning alone. They should not get directly engaged in implementation. Keep money out of their hands.
Avg Babu Mind How it Should Be

Reform #IAS/#IPS IPS: - No control of stations or districts - Thoroughbred SI/Inspectors will suffice for higher posts via promotion - IPS shall only liase with People, Gov, Police dept to improve efficiency, address dept woes, record keeping, purge corruption @PMOIndia @AmitShah

Currently SI/Inspector roles are engaging corruption at low levels while IPS are colluding with rich like bar owners and politicians. - Let ground level policing continue by those who spent years in service - Let IPS arm chairs have laptops and analyse/reports alone away from 💰

Bill Pearl was a terrific body builder, 5 times Mr.Universe. He didn't rely on meat. There were many others who were pure vegetarians. They had amazing physique and were great in sports.
