IS DEMAND TOO STRONG TO FAIL? Full video on YouTube in the first reply ⤵️ I recently broke down $MU and why this earnings report could tell us much more than just where Micron trades next along with $SOXX, $SNDK, and $SKHY HBM demand, long-term agreements and supply constraints are increasingly tied to $NVDA and the broader AI infrastructure buildout, while the biggest risk remains any sign that demand is beginning to taper. The question now is whether supply can catch demand before pricing power starts to fade.

$CBRS is up in overnight trading, fading a bit from the high $180s, but I think the market got what it needed to escape the lows. Cerebras does not trade cheap, but at roughly 1.6x its $25.4B backlog, the valuation is more interesting given the AI inference thematic. For me, this remains more of an asymmetric trade than a long-term hold at these levels.
BREAKING: Sam Altman clarified OpenAI’s relationship with $CBRS Cerebras, calling the company a “close partner” after reports that OpenAI was using $NVDA chips instead of Cerebras hardware for some inference workloads. Barron's This follows the prior $NVDA update, and suggests OpenAI’s increased Nvidia usage does not mean it is moving away from Cerebras entirely.

Sometimes Wall Street throws you a curveball. But this time they did an underhand floater. $CRDO is sitting right in the middle of the AI networking, connectivity, and photonics theme. Bought these calls for my 4 year old son. He just turned 5. Happy birthday, buddy. Here is an 8-bagger.

Brazil’s election is headed to an Oct. 25 runoff, and markets generally view Flavio Bolsonaro as the more favorable candidate for Brazilian equities because of his focus on faster fiscal consolidation, spending restraint and lower long-term borrowing costs. $EWZ Brazil ETF - Market rerating $NU Nubank - Lower funding costs $STNE StoneCo - Cheaper business credit $MELI MercadoLibre - Consumer credit growth $DLO dLocal - Stronger LATAM flows A Bolsonaro win could strengthen the case for lower Brazilian rates, while Lula’s higher-spending approach remains the bigger fiscal risk for markets.

$CBRS liquid trading. Already up over 10%. Take with a grain of salt. 💥 @liquidtrading
$CBRS is up 2% AH after Sam Altman pushed back on concerns that OpenAI was backing away from Cerebras, calling the company a “close partner.” The clarification comes after questions around OpenAI’s use of $NVDA for certain inference workloads and potential implications for Cerebras’ $25.4B backlog.

Cathie Wood bought about $20M of $CBRS yesterday before OpenAI CEO Sam Altman called them a "close partner," making it $ARKK largest buy of the day. Overall, ARK bought about $44.9M of stock versus just $1.1M sold, so she was a net buyer by more than 40x.

Trump has proposed a $5,000 payment to every adult U.S. citizen if Republicans win both chambers of Congress. If I ever got that $5,000 check, I know what I’d do with mine. $1 CASH BUYING POWER vs. $1 INVESTED IN THE S&P 500 1950: $1.00 | $1.00 1960: $0.81 | $5.87 1970: $0.62 | $12.44 1980: $0.29 | $22.00 1990: $0.18 | $110.86 2000: $0.14 | $590.68 2010: $0.11 | $536.83 2020: $0.09 | $1,914.60 2026: $0.07 | $5,061.06 Cash lost roughly 93% of its purchasing power. Meanwhile, $1 invested in the S&P 500 in 1950 with dividends reinvested grew to over $5,000. Mine would be going straight into the market. Not financial advice

$QQQ is at record highs with semiconductors leading again, as $SOXX continues to relatively outperform $IGV and $NVDA Nvidia sits near all-time highs while AppLovin remains well below its prior peak. I’m long $APP, and the question is whether the software and AI monetization layer gets another turn once semis cool off.
Applovin is getting hit after a San Francisco court denied its request to temporarily block $U Ad Quality SDK, but I still view this as a competitive headline rather than something that breaks the long-term thesis. $U is actually higher today, while other ad-tech stocks $RDDT, $TTD, and $MGNI are closer to flat, so the weakness is largely concentrated in $APP rather than a broad sector selloff. I still like the long-term growth and cash-generation story here, so I added more $APP to my long term Solid Compounding portfolio and took the position to an oversized weighting.

CONFIRMED $NVDA Blackwell GPUs are powering OpenAI’s new GPT-6 Astra Ultrafast mode, delivering up to 8x faster token generation than Astra Standard. OpenAI is also using its own models to optimize inference software running on NVIDIA GPUs, improving latency, throughput, and infrastructure efficiency over time. Astra Ultrafast is available now through the OpenAI API and to eligible ChatGPT Work and Codex users.

$CRDO isn’t a bet that optics replaces copper, it’s a bet that AI needs more of both. AECs are still growing, while DSPs, silicon photonics and optical transceivers give Credo more products to sell into those same deployments. I’m also watching $AAOI in transceivers, $LITE and $COHR in lasers and optical modules, $AXTI in substrates, and $CIEN in optical networking. What keeps me interested in Credo is 85% FY27 revenue growth guidance, $600M in targeted optical revenue and a 68% gross margin. Four customers accounting for 84% of revenue is a real risk, but the bullish part is winning more business within those customers, not the concentration itself. My speculation that $SPCX is the fourth 10% customer remains unconfirmed, but being that meaningful already would suggest another major deployment contributing real revenue rather than just another name on a customer slide.
