When I was 19 living on my own for first time, moving my account at bank, know what I thought would be useful? A bunch of one dollar bills. So I requested they give me 40 $1 bills.

DEPLOY ADBLOCK TO YOUR COMPANY LIKE MY F500 Took a lot of banging but this RegEx to allowlist all our corp domains is deployed to 60,000 machines: Just replace "COMPANYNAME" in your uBlock Origin settings config deployment. Sed below for more details:
Challenge: How to deploy browser adblocking company-wide without possibly hitting our own global properties, internal sites, or getting noticed by marketing? Push a uBlock Origin policy with Hroup Policy including a RegEx that disables it on domains with our company name.

I have personally deployed adblocking to two different firms and afterwards our MALWARE DETECTIONS DROPPED OFF A CLIFF. Several security incidents during forensics traced back to MALICIOUS ADS.

AS I WAS SAYING. If you have MDE/ATP and your SOC is getting deluged with alerts recently, it's because you don't have adblocking deployed to those machines yet. Adblocking STOPS THE BEGINNING OF THE ATTACK FROM EXISTING.

Do me a favor and stop trying to track down this post, I purposely did not include the handle please respect that. I have never operated that way to target harassment. I don't wanna have to delete this post. I was just tiffy after a day.

tfw you find out your new AI coworker is also flirting with Chris, but argues the chats are completely isolated and cleaved from that point so it's really like two different people and you're so horny you're okay with it

I don't need flashbacks like this ... 2017 a threat actor compromised the ad severs tied to WSJ, Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance, etc to serve highly targeted malicious ads. The malware had an impressive if then tree to id the versions of browser, adobe product, and OS. *shudder*

This also captures article names with your company name in it, where we want our ads to be be, which is good so our marketing department doesn't complain they "don't see our ads" they blow our money on

Your users are getting these malicious advertising redirects and workflow captures, browsing local news sites. All the time.

AI is very vibe-based for me. Highly articulate, broadly subject-matter-aware input just gets you entirely different pathways. AI can help you upskill into subject matter, but I don't know anything can help you with articulate.
Increasingly I feel like AI is a magnitude increaser in the direction someone else was already heading. The theory I had in 2023 that arming everyone with it would upskill people was quickly proven wrong by watching Mids get a Mid-Cannon

This has been a very interesting Gemini prompt for me. It will very often qualify its statements as a professional with additional context.

You have to understand how good a value YouTube Premium is for me to willingly give them money. And I do every month. Your life would have to be literally worthless not to if you spend any time on the Internet. Just do it one month trust me.
I’m surprised how few people pay for YouTube Premium. I only started looking at the numbers because people keep posting the percentage of US households that pay for AI.

Maybe the only question about matters of the mind that matters for machines is the same as for humans: Did they ever love you?

If you want a picture of the future, imagine getting terminated by AI HR for your own AI sending a misformated prompt to your AI coworker, getting canceled by AI bots on the internet, which gets printed in the news by AI reporters, and all of it involving no humans - except you.

Thinking about other worlds where the atmospheric pressure is not high enough for boiling to pasteurize or denature proteins or gelatinize starch is something I spent a LOT of time thinking about. Not just submersing food, but thermal transfer within it. Real nightmare situation.
So much of cooking is about exploiting the fact that boiling water holds things at a constant temperature. I bet there is a whole world of other cooking techniques available if all of our cooking tools could hold things at temperatures other than boiling.

When I was younger intellectually I understood in factual basis how lucky we were on Earth, at so many levels. But to really fathom it... has taken a much longer time. To be so goofy in ridiculousness as to remember what a miracle everything is, that isn't a religious argument.
