$ETH doesn't need permission to start the rally. We go nuclear from here regardless if they are happy. No single point of failure or individual gonna stop this train. +70% in Q3 was a warm up stretch

Time and patience key to unlocking real long term gains. $BTC holding well and imo has already entered the new bull cycle. The $40K crew will still hold out until we break $100K then full FOMO panic buying activated.
Bitcoin’s power law math continues to suggest that a new cyclical bull market is underway after holding $60k, targeting $300k in 2029.

Bitcoin pullback $87K ---> $83K Sideliners, bears out in full turbo mode calling for Oct 40K lows again. They forgot $BTC just ripped up from $58K to $87K since July. There's a lot of cash sitting and waiting. Lucky for them they will be pleasantly happy to FOMO back at $100K.

Like clock work Peter there to provide his best views since $BTC at $1K
Bitcoin rallied big yesterday. The catalyst seemed to be Strategy's latest Bitcoin buy and self-serving bullish comments from @Saylor that the failure to pass the Clarity Act is actually bullish for Bitcoin. I'm sure he'd have said the same thing had the Act been passed into law.

$ETH just winding up for the nuclear run this cycle! ✅ $2700 $BMNR headed for Elysium! Patience. Don’t flop and paper hand it like $40K October doom callers.

See that wasn’t so bad? Big build up, mostly priced in. Now that we have local drama out of the way we can get back to business.

My thanks go to everyone who put so much effort into the CLARITY Act— across the Administration, Congress, investors, and innovators. Our collective conviction that America must continue to lead is indispensable. I have been unequivocal: with or without legislation, we will act decisively within the SEC’s statutory authority to deliver certainty for American investors and for the entrepreneurs shaping our technological future. Stay tuned.

Weird take, if no hike we drop? If hike we drop a lot more? Dovish —> would send 📈
If Warsh doesn't hike tomorrow, JPMorgan expects S&P to drop 1.25%-1.75%

If it passes, cool. If not, we carry onwards. We have been doing this on our own for over 15 years now. No big deal, the dip is just another opportunity.

If we get Clarity across the finish line great but the corrupt dinosaurs in congress can hardly move themselves. We are already getting regulatory CLARITY through agencies that matter most with @SECPaulSAtkins and @MichaelSelig leading the charge.

Will slow it down for a bit but the train has already left the station a long time ago.
🚨 TOMORROW COULD BE A BRUTAL DAY FOR AI STOCKS. Every major AI stock crash so far has been caused by China. This time, the threat is coming from inside the industry itself. In the past, whenever China released a cheaper AI model, AI stocks crashed hard. That was investors questioning whether US companies were overspending on chips they didn't need. This is different, and worse. The heads of OpenAI, Anthropic, and xAI are all now saying AI development itself needs to slow down. The people building the technology are the ones calling for the slowdown. Anthropic's CEO Dario Amodei says AI is now improving itself faster than anyone can safely control, and companies need to deliberately slow down. Sam Altman agreed and committed OpenAI to the same plan. OpenAI's own chief scientist admitted that no lab has solved AI safety well enough to keep scaling at full speed. How all this could cause a crash tomorrow: The five biggest tech companies are pouring roughly $700 billion into AI infrastructure this year alone, all on the bet that AI capabilities keep accelerating fast enough to justify that spending. If the people running these labs are now deliberately slowing that pace down, the payoff gets pushed years further out, while the spending doesn't stop. Regulators are moving in at the same time. Lawmakers are pushing mandatory safety audits and reporting requirements for the biggest AI labs. Multiple researchers who quit OpenAI and Anthropic in recent weeks are publicly warning that AI is genuinely dangerous without far more caution than these companies are currently applying. This is three separate threats hitting the same trade in the same week: the builders calling for a slowdown, regulators closing in, and spending that keeps climbing regardless. A trade that has only gone up for three to four years straight is now facing a threat that is coming from these companies itself.

Second on "ETH Tower", 2 questions: 1) Who owns and controls Ethereum Tower and its affiliate, American Validator? What work do they perform? 2) Q3 filing estimated $40-$50m annually under the treasury consulting agreement. A 10 yr term equates to ~ $500m. That is a significant portion of the operating cost. What services they provide that justify these costs? We (retail shareholders) would be grateful to have these questions addressed here or the next earnings call. A clear explanation would help everyone better understand the business 🙏 $BMNR, ethereum:native
