A good start would be releasing anyone in prison for social media posts! They are not a danger to the public.

The government clearly think the British people are all fools. They’ve released a suggested new charge called the “internet levy” which will be paid by ALL broadband internet users…so basically everyone. What is that fee gonna be used for? To fund the BBC. So it’s literally just the bbc license fee rebranded. Do they not understand that people just don’t want to pay it…full stop.

The CPS post announcing Danny Tommo had been charged now appears to have disappeared from @CPSUK main timeline. Also, i can still find the post because i reshared it here, but when I open it, the replies appear to have been disabled and not viewable anymore, after the post received heavy criticism. Why is the CPS post no longer visible on its timeline, and why have the replies apparently been restricted from view? Public bodies should be transparent about what they publish, particularly when announcing criminal charges. What has happened here?
The CPS left the comments open on their post announcing Danny Tommo had been charged. A few hours later, after seeing the reaction, they turned the comments off. There is still no update on when the boat pilot, or the people who enabled this human trafficking operation, will be charged. Why the silence? The public deserve answers, @CPSUK.

Sounds like a stitch-up. Please help us crowdfund Danny's legal team. Go to SaveDanny.co.uk
🚨NEW: Judge Tan Ikram CBE, the judge who denied Danny Tommo bail and said he was "satisfied there is a real possibility of an immediate custodial sentence", has a history of being placed in politically motivated cases. . Sentenced a man to 20 weeks in jail for posting a racist joke in a WhatsApp chat. . Let off the OnlyFans girl who threw milkshake at Nigel Farage. . Let off two women for terrorism charged after glorifying 7 October massacre. . Was himself given a disciplinary after liking a post on LinkedIn that stated Israel was a terrorist state. Although obviously not a crime, it did bring into question his impartiality. . He was given a CBE by Boris Johnson in the 2022 New Year Honours for services to judicial diversity. He has spoken out about what he sees as the problems due to the lack of ethnic diversity in the police and the judiciary.

As a general comment, to successfully prosecute someone for criminal damage you have to prove that the property damaged was “belonging to another”. In the case of damage done to a dinghy used to carry illegal immigrants across the Channel, you’d still have to prove that point.

This joker just rolled up to the court on a Pakistani provisional driving license. He has to be the dumbest criminal ever. The police took his car.

They can move quickly when they want to. We all know why they are doing this.
Danny Tommo has been charged with criminal damage and will appear in court today - the speed of this process is absolutely astonishing. We're told it's in the 'public interest' to pursue criminal proceedings. All individuals are entitled to the same treatment before the law, regardless of what the establishment may think of said individual. The pace of incident to arrest to charge to court for Danny Tommo is rapid, to say the least. I will be watching very closely.

Dear CPS, Please confirm if you have charged the 80,000 + illegals who have invaded our country since the general election? Please confirm why it is a crime to try to stop such illegality by doing the job the police & Border Force should be doing? Please confirm why you think this is in the public interest. Millions will think the opposite, that you are bringing our justice system into disrepute and destroying people’s confidence in it. Weird how you took many months to charge the Manchester Airport thugs for assault against police officers. (Only after I started a private criminal prosecution) Yet you rush this through in days? Seriously?

The UK Crown Prosecution Service decided it was in the PUBLIC INTEREST to charge Danny Tommo with "criminal damage" of a dinghy used by people smugglers to invader our country. Let that f*cking sink in.

Every illegal migrant in the UK gets a free lawyer courtesy of taxpayers. The least we can do for Danny is help him get an excellent lawyer, too. Go to SaveDanny.co.uk to give Danny a level playing field.
