Não tem como impedir a chamada de números desconhecidos - que não estão na sua agenda - só de números sem identificação, na maioria dos Androids. Mas tem uma app que resolve isso e é grátis. Chama-se "Calls Blacklist - Bloqueador", de "Encham Li". Instale a app, dê as permissões que ela pedir. Aí, nas configurações, marque: * Habilitar Bloqueio * Números privados * Números desconhecidos Com isso, se alguém te ligar de um número que não está na sua agenda, o telefone nem toca. E, sim, a ANATEL é uma piada. Órgão inutil, vendido e entregue para as telecoms. Um completo absurdo.

Hearing him speak with this much conviction and transparency about one of the most polarizing topics in software right now, writing code by hand vs. with AI, is something pretty much every software engineer should hear a few times.
