How fun it is to pay for a service 230euro a month and not get the same features like most ppl do, when dota in eu? @thsottiaux @OpenAI
I asked opus 5.5 to make a trailer of the book, it had the freedom to choose the style, the only requirement was to be 30 sec long and to not be to revealing like some new movie trailers are. Pretty impressed with the result. Has anyone else done book trailers?

Eu keeps winning
All hands on deck! This is the biggest threat to Stop Killing Games yet! The EU #KidsAct could end #StopKillingGames by collapsing the EU gaming market and making private and community servers illegal!: piped.video/mQRcK9nYg9g "The best thing you can do is spread the word...The people who write this crap do not like it when the public at large knows what they're trying to do to you" - @accursedfarms Don't just take our word for it, here's the EU Kids Act to see for yourself. As long as the enduser feels hes getting the same amount of work done and also getting the best bang for his buck all will be good, but if the models are not performing bettet then the competition like say opus5.5 the. Its a big L
Hi, Tomorrow we are re-opening the Pro $200 subscriptions to new subscribers, but together with it we are also changing how we calculate the usage for it. In effect, if you do the math, it will net out at half the dollar in API spend compared to the old Pro $200 plan. Now that it's said, let me explain why this is happening and why you will still get more work done than if you were on the Pro $200 subscription one month ago. (a) We didn't want to compromise in other ways and are committing to not reintroducing the 5h limit, so that you can fully use the weekly usage when you want. (b) On the subscription, we guarantee that over time you always get more work done and with an increasing level of quality. This means that you will continue to get more value per dollar spent as a result of models getting more efficient and us passing down the improvements in the form of API price reductions. (c) We don't want to put an incentive on ourselves to artificially inflate the API list prices to make it look like you are getting a lot (and workaround it through discounts, etc). Instead we want to continue to both rapidly reduce prices and increase capabilities of models on the API. This week we introduced GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna at 50% of their previous price. Over time, we see prices go low enough that it makes sense for most to buy usage as needed without there being a significant gap between what you get in a subscription and what you get in the API for a dollar spent. (d) Tomorrow, we are adding more things to the subscription that won't draw on the usage, I won't reveal what that is yet. I wanted to be transparent before all the big announcements tomorrow. Lots of new exciting things are coming to the subscriptions that will make it super compelling, but I wanted to make sure to share this change ahead of time so you can all understand it before we shower you with good news. Codexingly, Tibo

I mean, they can launch 4 models out of which 1 or 2 usable and call it 4 launches … im really curios what the 20 will be
Get ready.

i used to play a lot of this and still touch a lot of grass. now its just doomscrolling and no grass for the kids

astra came out, all my timeline is filled with OMG this Astra is amazing with blender, games are cooked. slowpus 5.5 comes out, motion graphics is cooked everyone riding the wawe and astra is forgotten. cycle of life nowadays, we get a new model that is good, and we throw the other one in the corner and we forget about it like we are some spoiled kids

i just noticed the heads up, thanks, i guess ?

im not saying anything new at this point but holy shit Opus 5.5 is amazing , yall know what im talking about
13
im sure a lot of ppl share the sentiment, just like it was with astra, realease week amazing after 2 or 3 weeks the results of the same prompts were masivelly downgraded in quality
The state of AI is a bit of a circus. 1) Every month there's a new model. 2) It's smart, affordable and fast 3) After 1 week max it gets giga-nerfed - token usage, effort, speed. 4) Rinse, repeat. Unfortunately the push is for power, instead of stability and quality.

this is why competition is good

One more thing: we’re increasing five-hour usage limits on Pro, Max, and Team plans. We’re also providing subscription users a rate limit reset, which you can save and use whenever you choose.

about time
We're adding support for AGENTS.md to Claude Code. Starting today in version 2.1.277, if there is no CLAUDE.md in a folder, Claude will check for and use AGENTS.md. You can toggle this behavior in /config.

So im guessing the 512GB model will have an even longer waitlist like 6-8 months most probably, lets see if my prediction is right #macstudio

What is going on today? Openai and anthropic say „slow down“ and these guys are floring it. Ofc if what they allege is true, this needs to be tested properly not just showing some trust me bro benchmarks 😁
We built high-throughput materials labs in Menlo Park to create a loop between experiments and models. The labs generate fresh data, the models learn from it, and then help us decide what to try next. Using only 1,300 H200s, plus months of our experimental data, we mid-trained and RL’d an open-source model to surpass GPT-6 Astra on our analysis benchmark. We call it Neon. This is real footage from our lab. We’re focusing first on hard problems in materials science, including superconductors, magnets, and semiconductor materials. Read our blog posts below.

No way!!! Is this just like how games are hyped? Amazing trailer and then when u get to play them they are lacking?
After co-inventing ChatGPT, I kept asking myself: why have superhuman chat models not led to AGI? I’ve spent the last 2 years in stealth building a new way to train models (RLCD), and a new type of frontier AI model that we are releasing today: Jev • 20-200x faster • 40-400x cheaper (w/ output tokens free) • Frontier composable intelligence optimized for decisions AFAICT the shortest path to AI-based economic revolution
