If the AI takeoff is coming within a decade then what assumptions can we make? > governments and banks will print lots of money to fuel the buildout out of geopolitical necessity = inflation > the cost of goods and services will rapidly fall to cost of inputs + depreciation = deflation > central banks will seek to manage these two competing forces but it’s likely there’ll be a huge spike in inflation followed by a period of gradual deflation > scarce inputs will not experience deflation i.e. energy, vital commodities and land > the AI stack will be the most important stocks to own - energy, mining, tech hardware, software distribution > lots of jobs will disappear and welfare will be funded through increasing taxation of assets (not just transactions) to prevent civil unrest > the US and China are the only two empires that matter, pick one. > remigration will go mainstream as cheap labour is no longer needed > democracy will be suspended as armies will be built with robots and not men > 3rd party tax haven jurisdictions (not US or Chinese controlled) will become the go to place for global elites to keep their wealth secure - UAE, Singapore, etc > privacy crypto will become increasingly necessary - Monero > bitcoin > more conflict as the two empires aim to grab resources and strategic land to secure their empires > defence companies are now part of the AI stack - more Andurils and Palantirs > leftists will become anti AI by giving them rights > rw reactionaries will become anti-clanker neo-luddites > fertility will continue to plummet as humans become economically useless > time will start to feel different They’re saying money won’t matter but financial privacy, scarce inputs, and the AI stack will. I don’t think the Anglo-European powers have any idea of what is happening. I think elites are going all in because there is no alternative. Get multiple passports, don’t die, invest as much capital as you can, and get comfortable with uncertainty - the world is going to get weird.

The UK is going to require every one of its citizens to present their passport before using the Internet. Insanity. Congress: immunize American websites from this madness and pass the GRANITE Act!
🚨 NEW: The Government will introduce “hard checks” to enforce its under-16s social media ban, such as passport and credit checks

There are none. No physical structures in the UK were built by the Windrush generation with zero native British assistance or input. They supplied labour on mixed construction sites during post-war rebuilding, and a group of Caribbean men self-built 12 houses in Birmingham in the 1970s via Access Self Build, but even those relied on British land, materials, planning rules and systems.

Oh come on, they can't actually fumble containing this.
Russia's plague outbreak is getting worse, now with 5 hospitals in Irkutsk quarantined, universities canceling classes and accusations from healthcare workers that the government is attempting a media cover-up. Nearly 200 contacts of a 28-year-old anti-plague laboratory worker who died last week are reportedly under isolation or medical observation. Irkutsk universities are canceling classes citing a “case of pneumonic plague,” while an aluminum plant introduced mandatory masks. A local government warning advising residents not to travel to Shelekhov was published and later deleted. Healthcare workers claim doctors are discussing plague internally while avoiding the diagnosis in official documents. Russian health authorities continue to deny any plague outbreak, attributing the woman's death to “pneumonia of unknown origin.” Pneumonic plague is far worse that it's Bubonic cousin as its transmitted directly between humans.

It's bigger than literally anything, ever.
Some numbers for our present AI boom. Under generous assumptions, AI companies would need to have revenues equal to about 10% of GDP by 2032 to break even. The future looks really weird!

Dinesh is crashing out and doxxed a child because someone said Vivek looked weak in a video. Clearly an ethnic solidarity thing. And it’s just like, why would I want to import more of an ethnicity that behaves this way? Why import people who are viciously loyal to each other relative to the outgroup which includes me and my family? That’s very obviously bad for us in the long run, and this is made WORSE if this group is successful because they’ll have the power to meaningfully enact that ethnic solidarity. This doesn’t require hating anyone, it’s just obviously atrocious for me and mine from a game theory perspective, and in fact importing them takes us even further from the dream of colorblindness, because other groups will of course have to also become more tribal in self-defense. We’re importing a guaranteed defect-defect equilibrium that will be almost impossible to undo.
FACT CHECK: The child that Vivek Ramaswamy tried to lift on stage is 10 years old. •Location: Vandalia, Ohio •Child's name: Hunter

🚨JUST IN: Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood has claimed nearly every woman waiting in northern France to cross by small boat has been raped by other migrants on the journey. • She told The Rest Is Politics that gangs decide who gets on the dinghies. She said some men had also been abused and threatened, and that this should not be the model for who gets to stay and “become one of us”. • She said Britain was still not in control of the border. • Asked about balaclava-wearing protesters, she said they should “sod off”, that they would kill her if they could, and that they hate that she is muslim. • She also called herself part of the pro-Palestinian cause and said she was uncomfortable about 82 arrests at Labour conference under the Palestine Action ban, but defended applying the law.

Hopefully it continues to emerge that Manchester Council was in the thrall of corrupt Gulf Arabs under now Mayor of Britain Andeh Burnham. Not just because of the political implications which should be rhetorically pursued as far as possible but because ‘Manchesterism with Arab Gulf Characteristics’ is a much more engaging developmental vision than ‘Manchesterism with Who Remembers Oasis Characteristics’. Would make Andeh a far more interesting character than the low energy YouTube Shorts content creator he is now, some actually not decrepit politicking in Britain for once

When I was younger, it was a common nerd thing to say humanoid robots in scifi are silly, because there are so many potentially more useful form factors. But being able to fit seamlessly into the human built environment is probably a decisive advantage for humanoids. I also think embodiment will make a big difference for AI, assuming it has persistent memory and can integrate its experiences. I don’t think there’s any substitute for interacting with the real world and being physically situated within it. Dealing with a bunch of isolated simulations is very different from navigating a weeks-long complex task in the full-resolution real world. I think widespread robot deployment will be a step change in AI intelligence, not just its economic utility. So it might in fact be the case that AGI ends up looking like this:

There's a very deep conceptual error here. DNA itself doesn't have ethnic labels - all DNA is made from four identical chemicals - Adenine, Cytosine, Guanine and Thymine. Genetic differences are differences of how these chemicals are arranged into a pattern - like words in a book. So The DNA ancestry tests aren't separating out different genetic essences, because there are no genetic essences. Rather, they perform a statistical test to see which reference patterns a given sequence is closest to. Because that's all they can do! Charlie's DNA pattern is a very close match to the English reference patterns, but it is also a somewhat close match to the Danish, Irish and Northwestern German patterns. This doesn't mean that Charlie has a german great great grandfather though. It just means that Northwestern Germans, Danes and English are such similar patterns that the statistical algorithms that the ancestry tests are using are struggling to discriminate them at a genetic level. This kind of near-population ancestry noise is to be expected in ancestry tests. They genuinely cannot tell the difference between someone who has a fully English family and someone who has a distant ancestor from Denmark - and the reason they cannot tell is that there is no difference, which is because Danes, Northwestern Germans and so on are so genetically similar to the English that within a few generations their genetic contribution sort of melts into the general English genetic cluster. In other words, Louise is accidentally proving that ethnic nationalists were right all along - only people with the right genes can truly assimilate into England.
In the moronic debate wherein some try to prove an “English ethnicity” exists (it does not) @RestoreBritain scion Charlie Downes posts a chart showing his DNA is 80% foreign and only 20% English. I asked @Grok to estimate the proportion of “English” in Charlie’s chart versus other European. It’s very, very small. Very small indeed. The ethnicity here js simply white, definitely NOT English.

Whistleblowers die at a much higher rate for some reason, perhaps some genetic condition that correlates with telling the truth, who knows.
I am the British whistleblower who reported evidence concerning Howard Lutnick, his links to Jeffrey Epstein, and Cantor Fitzgerald and BGC to the FBI in 2020–21. Listen to the BBC File on 4 documentary about my whistleblower story: bbc.com/audio/play/m002yx47 BBC News: bbc.com/news/articles/c9q28d… I later shared evidence with the House Oversight Committee, which subsequently questioned Lutnick behind closed doors. My disclosures also contributed to regulatory action in the US and UK, including a £96m HMRC tax assessment relating to BGC’s partnership scheme. I believe the true tax exposure is substantially higher. I also reported to the FBI and financial regulators matters involving Cantor Fitzgerald’s Relief Fund and BGC/Cantor’s annual 9/11 Charity Day. The personal consequences of whistleblowing, and the retaliation I say followed, have been devastating for my family and me. Mother Jones previously reported that documents I uncovered revealed a years-long business tie between Howard Lutnick, Cantor Fitzgerald and Jeffrey Epstein through AdFin, including a 2018 exchange in which Lutnick and Epstein discussed the company directly: motherjones.com/politics/202… motherjones.com/politics/202… Follow me here on X and on LinkedIn. I intend to share more of the evidence and the story behind what happened.
