Introducing Mirai, the world’s first virtual neighborhood tour, backed by a16z @Speedrun. World models are going to change how we experience the physical world. We’re building the application layer to enable that. Our first deployment is real estate, for agents, brokerages, property platforms, and developers. Mirai turns any address into an explorable simulation of the surrounding neighborhood. Walk the streets. Visit the nearby café. Explore the park. Follow your commute. See what your day-to-day life there could actually look like before you move.

We raised $11.7M to bring AGI to enterprise. Every enterprise has spent decades building up knowledge. Some of it lives in Salesforce, SharePoint, Outlook, spreadsheets, PDFs, maps and databases. But a huge amount of it just lives in people's heads. Your best salesperson knows when they can push on price. Your COO remembers why you made a decision three years ago. Someone on your team can look at a number and immediately say, "That doesn't look right." Software has the data, and people know what to do with it. I think that line is about to disappear. Kanu understands your company well enough to know what has happened before, how your team thinks, what is changing right now, and what might be worth doing next. Not because you sat down and programmed all of it. Because Kanu learned by working alongside your team. Imagine Daniel joins your company tomorrow. He's working on his first deal and Kanu tells him: "This customer has historically been pretty flexible on price. I'd start higher on the first offer. Here's what happened the last few times." Daniel never searched for that. He didn't even know there was something to search for. Kanu just knew it would be useful. That's the part I'm most excited about. When someone on your team corrects Kanu, it learns. When something changes in the market, it notices. When one person figures out a better way to do something, everyone else should be able to benefit from it. And none of this should require your employees to become AI experts. They shouldn't have to spend their day building agents, writing skills or figuring out which model to use. Your company shouldn't have to learn how to use AI. AI should learn how your company works. We're already seeing the beginning of this. For one national customer, work that used to take weeks now takes minutes. Our $11.7M seed round was led by Trilogy Equity Partners, with participation from a16z @speedrun, BMW i Ventures, @Accel and more. A huge thank you to our team, customers, investors and everyone who believed in us early. I couldn't be more excited about what comes next.

Introducing Codos: The first virtual Chief AI Officer. AI is crushing all benchmarks but real companies still struggle to see P&L impact. Codos interviews employees, deploys automations across all functions and gets smarter over time while running on your own servers. Our NASDAQ-listed and PE-backed customers are adding millions to their bottom line months ahead of schedule and we are proud of the first results we deliver. It’s time to turn the 500BN AI-transformation market into software and unlock the impact for the real economy.
