running a bunch of evals on a Hermes agent running Rhino3d MCP for different modeling tasks. Will post soon but opus 5.5 and jev together here make a big difference on cost.

One thing we’ve noticed with astra and opus 5.5 is that the role of skills is having to change away from procedures and toward goals and rules.

On evals skills written for sonnet or haiku that were on those models performing 50%+ better over the raw llm are now basically even against raw Astra or Opus
