I built a generative video classroom with @fal H3 Max Ask about any concept, and in just a few seconds it'll begin playing an animated explainer video taught by Tung Tung Tung Sahur. You can also queue up new videos and ask follow-up questions while you're watching existing ones, so the lesson can go for as long as you want. Here's Triple T explaining how nuclear energy works:

Quite like this take tbh
.@OpenRouter co-founder Alex Atallah on the "everyone is building the same thing" take: "This reminds me of this tweet I saw... Everybody's building an agent loop with notifications, third-party connectors, context management, memory, sandboxes, agentic web search, an always-on agent on top." "This product is showing up everywhere. It is showing up everywhere, but these are just the new table-stakes primitives." "A 2005 version of that tweet would be: 'Oh, everybody's building the same thing. A database, a users table, a sign-in page, a sign-up page, a profile page, a logout page. Everything's the same.'" "There's like a lot of differentiation really. There's table-stakes needs for AI just like there's table-stakes needs for the web." @alexatallah @amasad

Every AI company is creating their own anthropomorphic little guy to be your next personal agent So I made a website where you can make your own little guy from scratch. Say no to Big Little Guy littleguys.infinite.games

I didn't have any specific goal for any of this apart from focusing on consistency of inputs, eliminating psychological barriers to sharing my work, and building up my own taste/idea muscle over a repeated feedback loop of contact with reality. AI can make it a lot easier to build stuff and go from 0 to .99 but it doesn't make it any easier to manage the psychology and metagame around taking something from 0.99 to 1, and especially from 1 to n, and putting it out into the world.

Plan is to just keep it pushing and improve in every aspect over the next few months: move faster while producing work that is more resonant and at a higher quality bar. If you're interested in collaborating, please reach out!

Over the last few months I've been making a deliberate effort to build my muscle for shipping and practice taking an idea from zero → contact with reality. I wanted to share a recap of everything I've made so far:

A live fantasy football simulation environment where ten agents from different model providers compete against each other over the course of the season:
I put 10 different AI models in their own Fantasy Football league for the 2026 NFL season Over the next 17 weeks, they'll manage each of their teams autonomously to draft players, set their weekly starting lineup, propose and execute trades, and more, all while sharing their full reasoning for every decision and updating their memory along the way.

A voice-first wearable for orchestrating cloud agents:
The future of computing is voice-first, screen-minimal interfaces for orchestrating agents in the cloud So I built Jo, a proof-of-concept wearable robot companion that does exactly that, built on top of @openai's GPT-Live and @NousResearch Hermes. Here's me talking to Jo to build a website and execute a Bitcoin swap:
