Done deal: The LA Clippers and Raptors have both agreed to complete the trade sending Kawhi Leonard to Toronto for Brandon Ingram, Gradey Dick, two unprotected first-round picks, one first-round pick swap and two second-rounders, per ESPN sources. The sides will now schedule a trade call.

There are definitely a lot of productivity gains to be had building products with the help of AI, but making great products still remains hard. Feels like I am stating the obvious here, but there are a lot of people out there who think putting some features into a UI is somehow making a good product.

- The old loop: spec, scope, build
- The new loop: build, play, design, ship
Prototypes are cheap. Great products still require taste, judgment, and a clear understanding of what users actually need.
