Getting 100,000 users once is easy. Getting 500 people to come back and transact every day is hard. As @pareen points out, retention is the real signal. 500 users making the decision to come back again and again can be far more valuable than 100,000 one-time users.

The best tip for any builder: know exactly what you’re building. If you’re building a launchpad, don’t just think “launchpad.” Think about the kind of community your product is actually enabling.

At some point, we genuinely thought, “We didn’t expect it to be this big.” For weeks, there were meetings, messages, lists, plans, last-minute changes, and dozens of details we were trying to keep up with. There were moments when we wondered if everything would actually come together. Then, on September 26, we walked into 42 Istanbul. And after all those weeks, there we were; a room full of builders, people sharing ideas, teams writing code, and a community brought together by the same excitement. That moment made all the exhaustion worth it. Monad Blitz Istanbul is no longer just an event we planned. It’s a memory we created together. As 42 Istanbul Blockchain Community, we’re incredibly proud to have been part of this and to see such an amazing community come together under one roof. To everyone who showed up, built, supported, shared, networked, and made this day what it was, thank you 🙌 And of course, huge thanks to @monad_dev, @port_dev and @42inturkiye for making it possible. This is only the beginning. 💜 And now, it’s time to announce the winners. 👀👇

The best product ideas often come from using existing products closely enough to notice the gaps. @cryptunez suggests going out and actually using a few apps. Pay attention to what feels broken, what’s missing, and what could be done better. Then look across different products and think about which ideas could be combined into something new.

Launchpads are interesting because in crypto, distribution is everything. @cryptunez explains why web3 users often have aligned incentives with the products they use. If they hold the token or benefit from the ecosystem growing, they’re more likely to talk about the product and help distribute it. A launchpad takes that one step further: it becomes a community of communities.

Getting started with @dynamic_xyz is pretty simple. @matthewfoyle explains the flow: Create an account, connect the Dynamic MCP to your AI-native editor, and tell your coding agent what onboarding flow you want. For example: → Sign in with Google or email → Make sure the user ends up with a wallet → Check they’re on Monad → Switch networks if needed There’s also a CLI now, which makes the workflow even more agent-friendly.

What makes a strong bounty project? @MatthewFoyle drops the alpha: The best projects solve a real problem, have clear utility, and feel genuinely good to use. Solve something real. Make the experience great. Use the tools where they make sense. Check out @dynamic_xyz bounty here: hackathon.monad.xyz/tracks/b…

Before writing code, interrogate the idea. Ask the uncomfortable questions early: - Will anyone actually use this? - Is this worth building? - What market does it serve? Tips and tricks by @harpaljadeja
