We should really bring South African recipe's awareness. Good and hearty Dutch cuisine, perfected over time. I want the MAIN RESTAURANT in Wild Sky Tropic Casino Resort to sport a lot of the South African cuisine recipes. I used to lease, with my brother many eons ago a restaurant in the then 3-star Moulin Rouge hotel in Hillbrow (of course a dump today as with everything else there) so I know all about it, or most :) People come for great food no doubt.
