Because usage on your primary dot is virtually unlimited at the moment, I can’t really give a reset. I need to come up with something new fast.

it shouldn’t have been it’s own app!

What if instead of markdown, we had agents write stuff in a more structured way. We could store this stuff somewhere centrally. This stuff could then be “queried”. In fact, we can actually have relationships between all the stuff so that you can join it together in different ways. It would be easy to see what changed and you could also build UIs and on it.

The biggest design mistake I made when we moved OC to sqlite: using sync db access. When it was just an agent that reports to you on Slack or iMessage this was fine; now that one agent might do 50 sessions in parallel and the whole team works on it, it is limiting. I have a /goal with Astra that so far landed 575 PRs to move everything to to async workers. We ship these improvements as we make progress. Pretty insane how even huge refactors are no longer scary.

Man, @fig was so ahead of its time
I love the idea of complementing the user's shell. Augmenting their experience rather than attempting to hijack it. Our latest experiment allow you to insert a path to ✨anything, anywhere✨ with instant fuzzy matching as well as traditional path navigation. As useful for your `cat` as your `claude`.

I'm building a video editor by making Cursor edit my video This is a Cloud Agent with the editor loaded Cursor is using Grok 4.7 to edit the video via MCP, then testing the UI At each failure, the agent reflects then fixes the product. The goal is a clean end-to-end edit With the right feedback loops, you can autonomously build software

sick! i let an agent subscribe to a debug socket and a screen recording while i drive the app we're building. this kind of stateful feedback loop is insane. we get to cheat by "fixing the plane while it's in the air"

what do you guys use to save design inspiration? need somewhere to dump everything i like and organize it into moodboards / folders for different styles, imagery, etc

the 2 biggest complaints in software design in the past 6 months: 1. not being able to share prototypes with colleagues, users or stakeholders, and 2. joining the infamous club of people sharing localhost links sharing is one of the most beloved features of @modeinspect, we built it early on, and it's super basic too! we're now kicking off a new wave of updates to sharing and collaboration, so you don't have to record videos or get eyeball emojis on your localhost slack messages. here's the first one: sharing a specific page of your prototype, interactions included, with anyone.

i totally will! 💯 two options with that: 1. macos app 2. host it on a site but that means your writing has to travel through my endpoint 😬
