I ♥️ @supercut_video I had a great call with their partner team to talk over strategy this week and love the product they're building. My goal is to work and help companies of the tools I use on a daily basis. I had recently dropped Loom & Tella for Supercut. Here is why: 1. The video recordings render lighting fast after I record. It is insane actually. 2. I love the "Cut out" video feature which allows my video to sit in the corner with no background. Super slick. 3. Their API & MCP functionality is incredible. This is probably the most valuable right now. I can literally record videos for my team, training, SOPs, and customers updates, and all the recordings now get passed over to my @bot team for context. Very impressed. Try it yourself here: go.supercut.ai/tg

Dub continues to ship and improve the product. Rewarding partners on the types of customers they send you is brilliant. Partner sends you a customer who pays annually? Pay a higher % Partner sends you a customer off your dream 100 list? Pay more Tons of cool use cases here.
You can now customize partner rewards based on any arbitrary metadata you attach to your tracking events / Stripe metadata. Examples: ✦ higher rewards for annual vs monthly plans ✦ different reward % based on sale type (trade vs deposit) Learn more: d.to/reward-metadata

I actually have tried like 4 different open source and wispr flow alternatives and they all "kind of" work. Issue has been dictation accuracy and speed of the dictation. I just switched back to wispr flow because of the issues. Business wise paying for this is well worth it vs the alternatives right now.
Just today I've already seen Wispr Flow, Granola and WHOOP all "reverse engineered" and open sourced with a fully free version Very interesting to see what's happening The question is if normies will pick up on this (I think they will) and how companies will react and pivot to still make money

I've never missed those numbers for anyone I've worked with. Not talent. Leverage. Partnerships are the most capital-efficient channel left, and almost nobody runs them on purpose.

A clear number turns a vague goal into something you can aim at. So: what would $1M in partner revenue change for your business this year? Reply with one line. I read every one.

Here's mine: serve 100 companies, recruit 100 dream partners for each, generate $100M+ in partner-driven revenue, in 24 months. Not customers. Partners. The people who already own your buyer's trust.

And here's the slice I give every client: 100 partners. $1M in partner revenue (or 10-20% of ARR). 12 months.

Most founders can't tell you their target. "Grow the business" isn't a target. It's a wish. I couldn't tell you mine either, until I sat down and forced the specifics.

Congrats to España. They dominated the majority of the game. I'm very surprised it wasn't 5-0. Argentina just didn't show up.

So many partner programs struggle with activating new partners. Focus on collaboration to unlock activation.

Followed @levelsio advice and have freaking been loving running claude code on my VPS. The ability to flow like water from claude code computer sessions to mobile walk and talks is incredible. Feels like such a hack.
Everything I do is on a VPS these days, I do nothing local anymore Local AI coding just costs me battery and slower deploy time vs coding on the VPS with no battery spend and instant deployment! Why deploy when you don't have to deploy!

Don't sleep on referrals! Your best customers will probably make intros for free. But when you take care of them with a well designed partner program you will be surprised at how referrals start to take off. Still one of the most neglected growth levers to pull.
All my clients come from 3 sources: 1. Social content 2. Podcasts 3. Referrals from existing clients or people who know me from 1 and 2. You will never have a better salesperson than content. It compounds over time and works while you sleep.

in your opinion what is the most defensible marketing channel in an AI world?

i've been packaging up everything i know about partnerships into an AI head of partnerships called Hundo. you plug it straight into Slack and it helps you run your program, recruit dream partners, and activate them with creative co-marketing collabs. rolling it out slowly. and i'm pushing updates to the core Hundo brain week over week. this week's drop, 3 things: 1. it knows what's actually normal now. real benchmark data from thousands of programs. For example, only ~7-10% of affiliates ever refer anyone with the avg commission being 24%. so it sets your goals on reality, not hype. 2. it carries receipts. real case studies it pulls on demand like my work scaling @beehiiv & @ship30for30, etc. 3. it protects your program. a full fraud playbook so brand bidding, self-referrals, and cookie stuffing get caught before they drain your margin. I'll keep updating as I build. If you want beta access DM me "Hundo" and I can share more.
