Incredible opportunity to chat with @mhp_guy on TKO!
This guy made $3k in 30 days selling something he built for himself while working his day job. He's not technical. Not like a developer or engineer. Hes just a dude running a six figure marketing agency solo. He didn't write a single line of code. He simply voice recorded what he already knew, threw it into Claude, and packaged it up. Startup cost was literally zero because he was already paying for Claude anyway. The crazy part is he's using these same tools to run his entire marketing agency. And now he's selling the system. This is a brand new market that most people don't even know exists yet. What is it? Claude skills. He packages his marketing expertise into skill files that other people can buy and plug directly into their own Claude setup. Ryan breaks down: - How he converts his daily work into sellable digital products - The exact prompt he uses to turn any expertise into a skill in minutes - Why one SEO skill alone is worth the $99 he charges for his whole pack - How he built his entire sales page using the same skills he's selling This one got me all fired up. Check it out.

I agree. But the problem is that 99% of people have no idea what this means
The new walled gardens incumbents want to stick you in are personal assistant ecosystems We've seen this play out before to the detriment of consumers over and over I don't think we should allow that to happen

People hear the word terminal and they freeze. I'm about as non-technical as marketers get. I opened VS Code, installed the Claude Code extension, added skill markdown files, and got more comfortable every time I failed. After that, Claude.ai and ChatGPT feel obsolete.

we are all creative directors now this is @claudeai desktop clipping from a long form recording with @ryan_doser13, adding graphics and captions, naming the clips, then getting feedback from me all in one app, no more switching windows to finder and launching videos 1 at a time

This podcast intro was created in one shot with Claude Opus 5.5. Not production ready IMO but I'd argue it's 90% of the way there. Exciting times ahead

This is how I keep all my website content fresh with one slash command 🤫
Steal my Monthly Content Refresh Workflow with Claude Code & Codex. This is all from one /monthly-refresh command: 1. Claude Code hook flags that a refresh is due at the start of each month 2. Run /monthly-refresh (one command per site) 3. Sonnet sub-agents scan for errors, outdated info, and anything else that needs cleaned up. 4. Pull GSC data from the MCP to prioritize content that actually get traffic 5. I approve the plan & make the judgment calls 6. Opus implements the fixes & re-checks each one at the source 7. Codex (GPT-6.1 Sol) double-checks every batch before it ships 8. Push the fixes live

Marketers are still addicted to volume. Write 100 blog posts, write 100 social posts, problem solved. I see that fallacy everywhere. AI makes a million blog posts in a minute. Volume got cheap. Subject matter expertise did not. Without that, the content is irrelevant.

PowerPoint & Google Slides are officially cooked. I don't say this often about 'legacy' platforms but Claude Design destroyed both of them.

We are witnessing the greatest wealth transfer in history
Everyone is worried AI will destroy civilization with robots and bioweapons. I'm convinced it's already doing it quietly, by making the average person forget how to think, write, and communicate.

Still the Wild West. No right answer yet. But you don't have to chase the next best model. Builders have systems. A harness, optimized skill files, rules that hold. Once that exists, swapping models is plug and play. Your setup was always the bottleneck.

AI models today are good enough for 99% of knowledge work. The difference makers are taste and your harness (skills, context, connections, etc.)
