New Georgia 2020 evidence is being forwarded to the Department of Justice.
The evidence we've collected in the Fulgham v Ware case concerning double scanned ballots is being forwarded to DOJ officials.
News reports from December 2020 show that Ware election officials admitted to 100 double scanned ballots, but claimed it was an accident done by their own employee.
But after we provided evidence showing the ballots were scanned for the second time 8 days after the election, without the knowledge of the Chairman, both the Chairman and Supervisor now claim that the ballots were scanned by a Dominion technician 8 days after the election.
Fulgham v Ware was essentially an investigation asking for an explanation. I chose this strategy because this election system operates in darkness and we didn't know who scanned the ballots.
The election system also uses defamation lawfare to protect the system itself. So I decided to ask questions. They told me I would need to sue for an explanation.
Our legal strategy worked. Although the Judge ruled I could not force Ware officials to answer my questions in the courtroom, he arranged an informal resolution meeting which allowed me to ask Ware officials questions. This is when both the Chairman and Supervisor admitted the ballots were scanned 8 days after the election. And Ware election officials, not me, are claiming a Dominion technician did it.
The Ware investigation was also a Fulton County investigation, which now provides us with evidence of statewide significance. Recall that there has now been thousands of double scanned ballots identified across the state in 2020, and Fulton is currently under investigation by the
@FBI.
