Oh cool, I don't have to setup a tailscale exit node anymore.

Very useful actually! This is huge. Routing the bot’s traffic through your/my device means sites, cookies, and local-network services see me so I'm assuming that means less chance of being blocked when you're actually doing something legit.

I've been doing this with a tailscale exit node for weeks now. Smart move. Fuck Cloudflare.

makes a lot of sense. Been using a tailscale exit node on my residential IP to get through Cloudflare bot checks, nice that this is built in now

grok bot needs strict domain allowlists before device routing can reach local network services

I just did this with the Tail scale browser extension.

When you toggle that off mid-session, do the 370 live connections drop or just stop routing new ones?

Elon Musk says “your device.” The server farm in Texas doesn’t care if it’s an iPhone or a toaster. We are literally renting out our idle cycles for margin calls he missed on the way to Mars.

Really smart, I did this setup once for a scraper script, when it was running in cloud but passed traffic through my machine to avoid getting blocked. It worked wonders.

This is key. Many web apps will detect simultaneous usage across countries as a security red flag. This eliminated it completely.

No account Login block. Nice. No need for Tailscale in VM

Damn, that's huge! Wanted to use Tailscale on my vps to do this, wondering how routines work

Mine is just toggled gray and it says that I have to run an egress, which I have no idea what it means.
