I run Agent Revenue Lab. Digital employees for outbound and collections. Same work as the hire you were about to make.

Amazon has started blocking my grok bot on Whole Foods website. I’ve been shopping like this for weeks and end up spending more money on WF than I ever have. If Amazon blocks agents they are making a huge mistake.

we're in the third phase of AI for business phase 1: chat chatgpt and claude. you ask, it answers phase 2: connected chat connectors, integrations, a bit of memory. it can see your stuff phase 3: agents with their own computer openclaw was first. then grok bot, muse, and now openai's dots tool calls, computer use, learning your business over time, and taking actions for you this is openclaw going mainstream phase 4 is next: the multiplayer AI workspace your team and your agents in one platform, working on the same stuff together openai's space is the first look at it. people, chatgpt and dots building on shared knowledge the gap is the agents. one dot per person for now. openai showed specialist dots for roles like invoice processing, procurement and support, but they're enterprise pilots I've been building this by hand for my client builds: - the agents live in the team's slack, where the work already happens - every step that leaves the building gets a human approval - one always-on agent for the daily work, and a coding agent for building the software the labs are about to make that the default the businesses that already know which roles to hand off will move fastest

I’m using several agents: - Instinct for shopping/rezzies/travel - Muse for instagram research or finding local businesses - Grok bot for anything X related, running Crons - CC and Codex for normal work - Slashy for email I don’t see this being winner takes all.

This is next level productivity... I had Grok @bot build me a website from scratch, and it's amazing how well it did. Then I had @Muse do a critical pass over it. It handed me a list of fixes, which I gave back to Grok Bot to implement. A full website from a few prompts. That would have taken a web developer days and cost me a decent chunk of money. The website for those who are curious devinolsen.ca/

Amazon just blocked me from using Grok Bot to maintain my seller accounts. I have ALS. I am a full quadriplegic, and I cannot click through Seller Central myself. I use Grok Bot because I am disabled and I need it to do the work. On March 4, 2026, Amazon updated its Business Solutions Agreement and added an Agent Policy. Amazon's own seller notice says it may restrict AI agents that access Amazon services. Those agents have to identify themselves as automated systems, follow the policy, and stop if Amazon tells them to. I understand a rule against bots that pretend to be people. This is not that. This is a disabled seller who cannot run the account without help. Should I sue Amazon for discrimination under the ADA? Not yet. The sensible first step is to ask Amazon for a reasonable accommodation, an exception that lets me keep using the bot because of my disability. A lawsuit is the last step, not the first. @amazon @amznsellerhelp @xai @grok

I'm getting some questions about what people actually use Hermes Agent for. the third section of this thread answers that in six videos, and it's now a YouTube playlist: real setups and use cases. link in the first comment.
here is a map of the Hermes Agent videos worth watching, sorted by what you want to do with it: (1) start here (2) running a business on it (3) real setups and use cases (4) skills (5) teams of agents: Kanban, Bot Mode, cron (6) by job: marketing, sales, support, research see thread below

Dot, Muse, Grok Bot, and Hermes are all EXCELLENT agents They all have their own strengths and weaknesses, so you need to know which to use for each task Here is each agent, and when you should be using them: GROK BOT- best agent for heavy knowledge work Strengths: Because you can create many different agents with many different contexts, skills, and memories, you are able to get a wide plethora of work done really really well Weaknesses: Grok 4.7 is a great model, but not frontier. Also not much usage on cheaper plans. Who it's for: People who have a diverse set of responsibilities and tasks they need to get done META MUSE: best agent for getting personal tasks done online Strengths: Lightning fast, free, and by far the best agent at navigating the internet. Can just 'figure it out' for getting tasks done in browsers Weaknesses: Not great at coding. Model is lightning quick, but not the smartest or most creative. Weaker at knowledge work because of this. Who it's for: The best 'personal assistant' agent. Booking reservations, finding flights, filling out forms, unsubscribing from websites. The more 'normie' type use cases. Also it's free. So anyone on a budget. HERMES: Open source, fully customizable, do anything assitant Strengths: Fully open source and customizable. Anything you want to change in the agent, you can just change it. Use any model or subscription. Does almost anything you ask without many guardrails. Also a smaller decentralized team supporting it, so it's always great to support the rebels Weaknesses: No mobile app. Because it's open source and fully customizable, it's not always the most reliable if you tinker too much Who it's for: tinkerers who want full control over their agent. Also great for the local model community and people with their own home AI labs. My Hermes maintains all my networks and equipment for me better than any other agent DOT: Your ultimate AI agent project manager Strengths: The smartest model in the best harness. You get Astra capabilities with best in class ChatGPT tools like Voice, Spaces, and Codex. Can manage all your Codex threads for you and see your projects to completion. Also has ALL of your ChatGPT memories out of the box, so no onboarding needed Weaknesses: Feels rushed. Lots of rough edges at the moment. Slowest agent. Has trouble with computer and browser use more than you'd like. Tokens in the Dot chat are free, but can heavily burn tokens when managing Codex threads. Who it's for: Builders who do a lot of coding. ChatGPT power users. Anyone who has long running tasks they'd like an agent to project manage for you If you put the right agents on the right tasks, you'll have super powers. I use all 4 of these every single day, and switching between them is a breeze They're all also EXCELLENT agents, so if you can only use one, using any of them is good enough. You can choose literally any of these 4 as daily drivers and you'll be way more productive than the average person Just make sure you're USING them, and not just reading about them.

My @Muse agent just did some furniture shopping for me, I gave it photos of a room and a general description of what I wanted. It came back with 4 options I gave some feedback and had it search further. Ended up going with its first recommendation. Muse just completed the purchase via @stripe Link. 😱 At the same time Muse proactively notified me about a recall on a car I’d just bought. I told it to find a dealership and book an appointment. I’m confirmed for Friday. 😀 Yesterday I asked it to list a few things on Facebook marketplace for me. I’d never used marketplace before and just handed off links to the items and said go. The only hiccup was Facebook needed to do an identity verification. Now it’s monitoring for inquiries and responding. I’m impressed 😀 easier to use and more capable than Openclaw.

I just sold my first Grok Bot. I don’t even sell Grok Bots. I was working from a cafe and got talking to the owner about AI. I showed him a few of my Bots... → This one handles emails → This one does the boring admin → This one follows up with customers He asks if I can build one for him. I said I’d just help him build his own. He says he’d rather pay me to do it. And that’s how I sold my first Grok Bot.

My 'proactive' Primary Grok Bot finally pinged me for the first time on its own. There was an email that I completely forgot about from few days ago and the Primary Bot brought me the email box with draft written and reminded me if I would like to reply. I hope to see more of these 'proactive' actions! I am hoping to see my Primary Bot to watch over my projects as well, and my apps that I am building.

what you told your Hermes Agent you would do and have not done yet, in one open-loops.txt. it searches your chats from the last 30 days and puts a date on each line. anything a later chat shows as done stays out. copy / paste prompt in the first comment.
