Quick look at the hot takes on Trump v. Zelensky today. Seem to fall along partisan lines. At first blush I thought I was watching something historic and unprecedented. Maybe it was. But then I remembered these are two actors and both are more concerned about their shows' 'ratings' than anything else. So I turned it off and went back to work.

High-profile Ds and Rs solution to every catastrophe is an “Independent” investigation or commission. Better idea: Cut out the middle man. Save time, money and potentially lives. Vote for competent, “Independent” elected officials, instead of incompetent partisan politicians.
