It shouldn't feel like it's your full-time job just to find a job. ApplyAll makes your job search human again. Click the button, get interviews.

“I got the confirmation on the offer yesterday. It has been a bumpy ride.” Better title, better compensation, and potentially a move to Boston. Really happy to see this one end with a decision about what comes next, instead of another application to send.

You know what your company did. You know who your customers were and what kind of team you worked on. The person reading your resume has no idea. Make it obvious.

Customer Success Manager is a really slept-on field right now. - entry level jobs actually exist - way more remote/hybrid roles vs other jobs - if you've ever had a people-facing job before you can probably hang - doesn't require crazy credentials - pay is actually really good
Replying to @alexamazov
Here's some fully remote jobs only asking for 1-2 years experience (so you may be able to qualify by emphasizing customer-service experience from any previous jobs) I'd also consider in-person/hybrid jobs & try to convert them into WFH jobs over time. applyall.com/job-search?titl…

1. it's very hard to find a job right now 2. there are actually still jobs to be found 3. strong network really helps getting a job 4. not everyone has a strong network 5. many people start with no network and figure out how to build one anyway
I think this seems easier if you have the kind of network that can do this. So, for instance, take a person who is fresh out of university with a CS degree; they probably know at least someone who ended up in SF/NYC with a fast-growing, hiring company. I think people outside of that circle (and the circles it often evolves into) would be shocked how uncommon it is to actually have a robust network that can get you a good job, especially for certain oddball jobs.

Get interviews even while you're busy selling your house.
Thank you for offering a boutique service, but similarly ApplyAll found me interviews while I was in the middle of a house sale, working full-time, and building my software portfolio. Big time save for me and I recommend them for searchers.
