75-Year-old Woman Charged with Running Over and Killing Her 9-Week-Old Puppy after Using Dog Food to Lure the Puppy Under Her Van For full press release: bit.ly/3VJKRZa SANTA ANA, Calif. – A 75-year-old woman has been charged with felony animal cruelty after she was seen on video using dog food to lure her 9-week-old puppy under her minivan and then running over the puppy’s head and leaving the animal to die on a Santa Ana street last month. Hanh Minh Nguyen 75, of Anaheim, was arrested on Thursday, October 1, 2026, by the Santa Ana Police Department after detectives used automated license plate reader technology to identify the green Honda Odyssey minivan seen in the September 8, 2026, video running over and killing the puppy. Nguyen has been charged with one felony count of animal cruelty, one felony count of animal abuse by a caretaker, and one felony enhancement of personal use of a weapon, a vehicle, to kill the animal. Nguyen was released from custody after posting $20,000 bail. She is scheduled at the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana on November 2, 2026, in Department C55. On September 8, 2026, at approximately 9:15am, Santa Ana Police Department Animal Services officers responded to a report of a dead black and white male pit bill mix puppy that appeared to have been intentionally run over. The puppy’s head had been crushed and there was dog food on the street next to where the dog was run over. Surveillance video from a nearby residence showed a woman take the puppy from a minivan, place it under the vehicle, put dog food near the driver's door, and slowly drive forward as the puppy approached the food, crushing the puppy’s head with the minivan’s rear tire before driving away. “This act of violence not only ended the life of an innocent puppy, but it also inflicted trauma on every single person who came across the video footage of the murder of an animal,” said Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer. “Violence is not a singular act. It inflicts pain and suffering on those who are subjected to it and on those who witness it. As the elected District Attorney of Orange County, I refuse to accept a society in which violence of any kind is acceptable, and those who engage in violence, whether it is against human beings or animals, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.” Deputy District Attorney Danica Drotman of the Animal Cruelty Unit is prosecuting this case.

WOAH 🚨 Investigative journalist Catherine Herridge reviewed the documents just released by the Trump Admin on election integrity and finds CIA emails showing they were working against Donald Trump to aid China and the Democrats in the 2020 election “I've been digging into the documents already and I found this November 2020 email, and it specifically states, it's a conversation among intelligence officials, it specifically states that they have, quote, deliberately massaged one of our pending PDBs. That's the president's daily brief. To avoid any direct links to the election” “This was a massive effort, what they call a multi-domain operation. That means trade, it means diplomacy, it means open-source information, it means social media. So all the levers of power China had to influence the US election” And our own CIA worked to make sure the r President wasn’t aware of any of this information, they literally removed it from his daily briefing Literally treason “In the summer of 2020, as we're heading into the election, in the intelligence community there were indicators of this Chinese influence operation. Influence operations means that you're trying to affect the outcome of how people vote or their sentiment about a presidential candidate. It's different than an interference operation, which is penetrating voting rolls and voter systems. And this whistleblower was raising the alarm about the influence operation, and then suddenly it all was suppressed” “In some of their reports, there were in officials' own handwriting that they wanted everything out that could help President Trump in his reelection. So there was clear evidence of political and personal bias” They wanted to remove EVERYTHING that could possibly help Trump win reelection Again, literally treason Also if you remember awhile back, a former CIA officer named Pedro Israel Orta who worked at the CIA during the Trump Administration said the CIA didn’t even recognize him as the President, they wouldn’t even put his picture up on the wall which was customary for all Presidents They were actively working against him

Wes Moore makes Maryland unaffordable, then taxes the hell out of you to create programs that you have to rely on instead of letting you keep your own money. It’s surprising there’s no tax on stress and suffering.
We've announced our largest investment yet through ENOUGH Initiative grants, with funds going to 30 communities in 13 counties across the state. In Frederick alone, ENOUGH funding has provided free vision screenings to over 1,000 students and delivered nearly 8,000 pounds of fresh food to local families through mobile produce markets. By working in partnership, we're empowering communities and surging record resources directly to the neighborhoods that need them most. Every dollar we've invested has leveraged an additional four more from state agencies and philanthropic partners. As Maryland moves forward, we will leave no one behind. fredericknewspost.com/news/e…

This is Hannah Pingree’s signature on the “grant” to the Island Institute. This is your taxpayer money going to a group her mother was a co-founding trustee of. It’s a group that employed her husband Jason Mann and paid him for climate films. It’s a group that she was the previous Governance Committee Chair of. This is corruption and it’s what has been going on in Augusta for decades. The insiders raise your taxes and give the money to their friends and family. Release the files, Hannah.

How can you NOT believe in God when octopuses dream and otters have a favorite rock they carry around in a little skin pocket and cows have best friends and bees are out there communicating the coordinates of flowers through dancing and they have regional dialects? Cats are purring at frequencies associated with bone healing? Forests get absolutely incinerated and respond by growing flowers? Dolphins literally invent names for themselves and yell them across the ocean? Penguins are waddling around Antarctica looking for the perfect rock to give their partner? CROWS REMEMBER YOUR FACE. THEY TELL OTHER CROWS ABOUT YOU. THEY TELL THEIR CHILDREN ABOUT YOU. YOU CAN HAVE GENERATIONAL BEEF WITH A BIRD. I NEED YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THIS. Goats have accents. Rats laugh when you tickle them. Elephants mourn their dead. Whales make songs and then OTHER WHALES LEARN THE SONG and suddenly everybody across the ocean is singing the new song. Monarch butterflies are born knowing how to fly thousands of miles to a place they have never been. Sea turtles hatch out of an egg, immediately sprint toward an ocean that they have never seen, disappear into it for like 3 decades and then somehow come back to the same beach they hatched on. Birds can see colors that we humans can’t see. There are colors out there right now that we don’t even get to know about. There are sea slugs that eat algae and use the chloroplast/chlorophyll and then are just like…photosynthesizing. And they’re super adorable. There are mushrooms communicating underground. There are seeds sitting in the dirt for decades like “no actually I will wait. It’s fine.” Squirrels plant trees because they forget where they put their snacks. Relatable. A CATERPILLAR GOES INTO A LITTLE BAG THAT IT CREATES ITSELF AND DISSOLVES MOST OF ITS BODY INTO ORGANIC GOO AND REARRANGES ITSELF, GROWS WINGS AND THEN LEAVES. WHY IS THIS NOT MORE BEAUTIFULLY TERRIFYING TO PEOPLE?? And you’re telling me a tiny acorn knows how to become a huge tree? It just has a blueprint inside itself? Your body started as ONE CELL. ONE. And that cell divided itself into a brain that can think about its own existence and eyes that can look at stars and hands that can hold somebody else’s hands and a heart that runs on electricity without you even asking it to? The iron in our blood was made inside a star?? We are walking around on a wet rock covered in bioluminescent oceans and singing whales and laughing rats and birds holding lifelong grudges and flowers exploding out of fire and somehow we’re supposed to act like this is a normal place to live? We’re supposed to act like this is all just a random, accidental sequence of events?

I’d like you to know that I am releasing my second book, Graceful Warrior: The True Story of a Son, a Father, and a Family Who Carried Each Other Through, on November 10- my son Mac's birthday. This project has been two years in the making and it is more deeply personal than anything I have ever done. I wrote this book not only to honor my son, but also to offer hope, strength, and comfort to others who are currently walking through their own challenging valleys. I wanted to take a moment and share a little more about Mac - a snippet of what you'll hear more about in the book. Mac was vibrant. He was a talented musician and composer, a proud uncle, and a loving son and brother. At 27, he was diagnosed with chordoma, a rare form of bone cancer. Mac never let this slow him down. He pushed forward, serving through the Gary Sinise Foundation until he needed to step back to focus on the fight. But even in that, he fully embraced every moment he could, writing, composing, and recording music for his album Resurrection and Revival, I look forward to sharing more about Mac, my family's journey, and the love and faith that carried us through in the coming weeks. And my heart goes out to anyone struggling with a similar challenge. If you’d like to pre-order the book, you can do so through Barnes & Nobles, Amazon, or Premier Collectibles.

The price of a cup of coffee in Wes Moore’s highest-in-the-nation electric bill state of Maryland averages nearly a dollar more than in the rest of the country. $3.25 versus $2.35. Wes Moore shut down our power plants. My plan will bring power plants back online, bring in new SMRs and two new AP1000 plants online at Calvert Cliffs, eliminate the RGGI 30% energy tax, and send savings back to the people to lower their bills. She carried him on her back as a cub and helped him survive a serious leg injury. Now her little Backpack has a crown of his own. 👑
