Today Tesla FSD unequivocally saved me and my fiancée from a major collision or worse. Green arrow to turn left and FSD starts to go then suddenly stops, I'm thinking why did you stop I hit the accelerator pedal, it breaks again at the same time a SUV barrels through the intersection running a red light. From my view In the car I never saw the vehicle. Had I been in any other vehicle and pressed the accelerator I have no doubt I would have been T- boned in my driver side door. This happens everyday and lives are lost. This technology saves lives. Thank you @Tesla and @Tesla_AI for keeping us safe anywhere we go. 2026 Model Y AWD on V14.3.6

What I am looking forward to the most in the Tesla Q3 Earnings call: Robtoaxi: New cities being announced, Geofences expanding, Cybercab city expansion, Unsupervised miles gained, V15 progress. FSD subscription: What is the recurring take rate for FSD and how much has it increased? Optimus Gen 3: How is the production line going and will we see a reaveal this year? AI4+AI5+AI6 progress: Still hitting volume production in mid 2027 for AI4+ and AI5? Is AI6 a year after AI5 what is the timeline? Vehicles sales and energy: I like we are seeing growth but i have to be honest, this is last on the list for me. While returning to sales growth is important, the future is FSD and Robotics.

Tesla Robotaxi will fix this issue. From what I have heard and I’m so glad I can experience this myself soon is that Robotaxi and especially Cybercab is just an overall better experience. In fact the best experience. And they’re not stopping here this is the starting point.
After 3 years as a @Waymo power user, I’ve officially churned Waymo was genuinely one of my favorite products of all time. I’d choose it over Uber/Lyft even when it was slower or more expensive because the experience was just that much better. Something has changed. The product has gotten so unreliable that I just cant justify using it anymore. Really hope they fix it. I want the old Waymo back.

FSD is a point to point transporter that takes the stress out of driving. It actually makes a road trip more fun. Really want to thank the Tesla team for providing us with a product that gets us safely wherever we need to go. It’s a game changer and it’s only getting better from here!
What’s better than insurance is not getting yourself in an accident in the first place. Tesla self-driving not only maintains safe distance to obstacles proactively, but also reacts to other people cutting into your path with super-human response times.

Tesla wants to keep a stellar safety record with Robotaxi, they’ve been doing a great job of expanding while also being extremely safe. While we all want it to go faster it’s still scaling as one of the fastest AV operators in the U.S.
Replying to @SawyerMerritt
We are being extremely careful with autonomous safety, just as we are with making Teslas the safest cars in the world for human driving

FSD is making a difference in sales. It’s quite obvious at this point. Very curious to hear what the take rate is and how many people have subscribed since Q2
Jason Oppenheim, founder of Oppenheim Group ($5B+ in real estate sales), just sold his Bentley for a @Tesla Model Y and is so blown away by FSD that he’s buying Teslas for 10 employees: "This is the most important video I've ever posted. Tesla's self-driving is life-changing. It's so safe. I was on the phone with my brother last night, and I made him buy one. He literally bought one while we were talking. I'm buying 10 of my employees a Tesla with FSD. It's 8x safer than the average driver. There's nothing more important than the safety of you and your loved ones. Let's make our communities safer. I hope you'll at least consider going and getting a test drive." I've been saying for a couple months now that FSD has become a material driver of Tesla sales in North America. Some people said it's just been anecdotal evidence, but more and more videos and stories like this are popping up. It's not anecdotal anymore. Word is spreading fast. FSD is going mainstream. Jason's full video linked in thread below.

Self driving is not a sensor suite problem it’s an AI problem. 🧠 + 👀 = 🤖 @Tesla_AI has the most intelligent self driving model in the world, imo. Also @yunta_tsai the windshield wipers in rain are so much better now 👌

Hey @amazon do the right thing and get Bradford access with @bot
Amazon just blocked me from using Grok Bot to maintain my seller accounts. I have ALS. I am a full quadriplegic, and I cannot click through Seller Central myself. I use Grok Bot because I am disabled and I need it to do the work. On March 4, 2026, Amazon updated its Business Solutions Agreement and added an Agent Policy. Amazon's own seller notice says it may restrict AI agents that access Amazon services. Those agents have to identify themselves as automated systems, follow the policy, and stop if Amazon tells them to. I understand a rule against bots that pretend to be people. This is not that. This is a disabled seller who cannot run the account without help. Should I sue Amazon for discrimination under the ADA? Not yet. The sensible first step is to ask Amazon for a reasonable accommodation, an exception that lets me keep using the bot because of my disability. A lawsuit is the last step, not the first. @amazon @amznsellerhelp @xai @grok

CNBC is a trash org. Rocky start… STFU
Tesla’s Cybercab had a rocky first month in Austin. Now comes the hard part: expanding cnbc.com/2026/10/03/tesla-cy…
Community note
Tesla quadrupled registered Cybercabs in Texas from 45 to 169 during the first Austin month per DMV records, with no major safety incidents and tracked ongoing activity, though the article cites some rider complaints on waits and routing. cnbc.com/2026/10/03/tes… texasavtracker.com/tesla robotaxitracker.com

Does the Production of Humanoids take the place of vehicles? Maybe the manually driven ones but not for AV’s. As humanoid production increases, so does the need for AV’s. If there are, say, 5 robots per human in the next decade, how do they get where they need to be? The same as a human: an autonomous vehicle. In fact, with increased humanoid capacity, vehicles like the Robovan will be needed even more to move them from place to place. As robot task capability improves, utilization will increase, requiring more transportation capacity for humanoids.

Requiring a driver in a driverless car doesn’t make sense. Minneapolis is open for business, open to innovative technology, and open to a variety of transportation options. Thoughtful regulation for safety is necessary, but not through a backdoor ban. kstp.com/kstp-news/top-news/…

I connected my @bot to my Grok account so now when I need to build an app or if there is something that will use a lot of tokens it gets sent there to be more efficient. Also love that grok bot gives you emojis like a thumbs up 👍 when you reply to it. Just a nice touch!

I love that service increased by an hour of operation. However, I don’t understand this reasoning. Darkness at 11pm is the same as at 2am. They may need more nighttime unsupervised mile data, greater fleet management capacity, or both before going 24/7. V14 already sees small animals very well at night, so this is an interesting reason.
Robotaxi operating hours moved from 10pm to 11pm. The main thing we’re trying to solve is making sure that we don’t run over pets when they’re hard to see at night. Literally trying to avoid grey kittens on grey tarmac in the dark.

I made the comment that autonomous parking is still a work in progress. Left out the context that V15 is obviously not fully developed yet. It does kinda bother me though when some people (not Yadav) say things like “Look V15 is still terrible at parking” This is obviously is not a completed V15 stack. Ashok mentioned in Q2 that they’re running early versions of V15 with 40% of the 7 tracks in parallel. So it’s no where near finished. Let’s not jump to conclusions about software we have never used or really the progress of. If it sucks at parking when we get then we can give the constructive feedback to the team.
So look at what I found. This is how Tesla charges unsupervised robotaxis at a public supercharger. Here is a driverless Cybercab showing up with no one in it. There are 9 other Model Ys that showed up too. A Tesla employee is walking around and plugging each of them in. She also moves the cars if they are not positioned well enough to charge. I love this process. One person charges multiple robotaxis at once

Tesla is not being “Bold” for running Robotaxi in the rain compared to Waymo. This is 100% incorrect. How do we know? Tesla has for over a year (since June of 2025) paused the service in rain. Especially starting with unsupervised in January of 2026. Now with 15 months, over 1M unsupervised miles, and working on a new model (V15) they are confident to run in the rain. This is something they have been working towards for over a year. Tesla doesn’t need LiDAR. The fact that armchair engineers haven’t figured that out yet is quite baffling to me. Most of them don’t even know the basic understanding of how FSD works.
Replying to @nikkharris
Stopping service is not due to an inability to operate from a technical POV, it’s about being cautious. Waymos have cameras, Teslas don’t have LiDAR. Redundancy allows the strengths of different sensors to overcome the constraints of the others.
