I secured $250,000 in federal funding for the City of Los Angeles Department of Public Works’ Shaded School Routes Project to improve pedestrian safety and accessibility in Reseda.
This federal funding will go towards planting trees, improving landscaping, building accessible street crossings, and strengthening pedestrian and public transit infrastructure.
These improvements will make Reseda safer, greener, and easier to get around. I look forward to continuing my work in Congress to bring even more funding to the San Fernando Valley.
