The cruelty of the Trump Administration knows no bounds. Kids being forced to represent themselves and file forms they may not even be able to read. That’s not due process. The Trump administration must immediately restore the federal program to provide representation for unaccompanied migrant children.
CNN is granted access inside an immigration court hearing where dozens of children facing deportation, some as young as three years old, appealed to stay in the United States. Many of them facing the judge without an attorney representing them.

The bipartisan package released by the Senate today is a great step toward fixing our broken permitting system.
I've spent years calling for America to build critical infrastructure faster, and my bills included in the package will increase energy supply, build more transmission, and ensure the backlog of clean energy projects gets built without further delays.

It’s the last day of Food Safety Education Month - a time to learn how to prevent foodborne illness. Last year, the Trump admin gutted the workforce that inspected our food and now the FDA has recalled dozens of products. President Trump must restore the integrity of the FDA to keep our families safe and healthy.

AI is the most consequential technology of our lifetime, and right now the U.S. still sets the pace. I joined my @ProbSolveCaucus colleagues on the AI Working Group to urge the Trump Administration to continue that leadership and set real standards, so we stay both competitive and secure.
This morning, the AI and Evolving Technologies Working Group sent a letter urging the Administration to lead on global AI safety and security as President Trump meets with President Xi Jinping.
