When I was screwed by one of my employer for contributing to OSS, I was so angry I wanted to bash them publicly, glad I never did that, we do crazy stuff when we are angry, the outburst might have done no damage to my employer, but might have hurt my image.
When I see young people bashing their employers or other org for no reason, I feel that it might hurt them in future, I still tell that story over coffee or lunch/dinner to my friends, but never in public.
