The navigation changes look solid but I'm curious how this affects conversion on mobile. Single column should help but wondering if the simplified nav reduces discoverability of account features most customers actually use.

The single-column move is going to do quiet work. Most repeat-purchase loss happens before checkout, at the "where do I see my orders" step, and a cleaner Orders tab is the lowest-effort lift Shopify has shipped here in a while.
