I wish it were more affordable for more people.
The only options are for the model to evolve and become smaller, or for the hardware supply to improve. I hope for smaller models and RAM offload inference. There are no signs of improvement in memory prices.

Training on this quantized DFlash2 drafter is taking longer than I anticipated but I think it will be worth it.
When testing training overfit prompts we were hitting close to 100% acceptance, so it’s definitely working.

Because the training is being done in native NVFP4 it's performing really well and even if acceptance was a bit lower than the BF16 stock version performance would be better due to the speed of NVFP4.
I'm seeing better ACCEPTANCE on our trained NVFP4 drafter vs BF16! DATA SOON!
