It’s not the machines which are keeping developed countries clean , it’s design of infrastructure, pavement between asphalt and footpath, zero soil exposure, babus are making more money by buying these Toys .

It has to start with people putting their garbage in bins. For that, the government needs to install more bins on the streets. And for that, we need enough space and proper infrastructure to place them. The machine shown in this video should be the last step, not the first. Countries abroad are cleaner because people generally don’t throw garbage on the streets in the first place. You fix the behaviour and basic infrastructure first; technology comes after.

Just install trash cans and big dumpsters and make sure the trash is picked up everyday. This is necessary too, also pressure washing the sidewalks & streets. But again it’s not election season yet.

All that trash (A4 size cardboard)comes from garment shops which is clearly visible at the backdrop of video. So its clearly administrative ignorance. Just take financial action against those shops and you will see clean roads within months.

That machine is good to scoop in dust and small garbage which fits its hose but its really bad at picking paper, plastic, etc. Those workers need this type of picker tools to pick paper, plastic, etc.

This machine can actually be useful in nature centered tourist places. For eg on trek, where people throw chips wrapper or plastic bottles, some vacuum cleaner like these can efficiently pick them up
