I feel fairly confident in saying that isn’t the Hell is Real sign, mainly due to the sign being so far away from the I-71.
Here’s photos from Wednesday when I drove up for the Campeones Cup for comparison.
But as @PBrennanENQ mentioned.. they were just recently renovated.
