PiDrei is now tracking Pi 1.0 github.com/gi0baro/pidrei/re… Codemode is implemented via @pydantic's Monty (because ofc, having the models writing JS in a Python Port was a step too far :P)
People of Pi: We've shipped Pi 1.0 with Pi Durable. Go make them yours. earendil.com/posts/pi-1-0/

Replying to @pydantic
@pydantic has been type-safe from the beginning! Now with Jev powering your Pydantic AI agent calls, they’ll be returning faster than ever ⚡️⚡️
Pydantic AI agents now run on Jev, the classifier from @typesafeai. Jev doesn't write text, it answers typed questions. So the output_type you already wrote is the question, and the answer comes back as your model, one confidence per field. pydantic.io/8iAZ9

It's annoying that we don't have namespaces in PyPI. Where the discussions stopped?

Another weekend doing open source. Thanks @FastAPI for sponsoring my work, and @pydantic for giving me a job. Without you two, I wouldn’t be able to pay my bills, and dedicate time to open source. Thanks @github and @linuxfoundation for the GitHub Copilot subscription, and @OpenAI and @AnthropicAI for the subscriptions as well. Without your tokens, it would be hard to keep up with the world.

I've exhausted my 3 reset usage. Sad moment, but thankful. Last weekend I cleaned up half of PRs in Starlette. Thanks @OpenAI. 🙏

I don't post that much about products but honestly if you're not using @pydantic Logfire, you're missing out. I used many observability platforms, cloudwatch, datadog, baselime, grafana and it always left me with a bit of a bitter taste, constantly annoyed by the shitty experience and always looking for something better. I think I finally found it. With Logfire, we ended up using it for everything: AI agents, frontend SSR, APIs, bare-metal instances and across various languages: Rust, TS, Python and more. With distributed tracing, I've become addicted having all our observability in one place where the UX/DX finally is a first-class citizen and which we can also query seamlessly with our agents! Kudos @samuelcolvin and the team for this amazing product

This is more than I’ve ever received on sponsorship in total, but I’m not interested in this whole thing. Also, I didn’t create Uvicorn, but I maintain it. If someone wants to sponsor me, please feel free to here: github.com/sponsors/Kludex

Something feels off with your system, but nothing errors and no alerts fire. You can't query a hunch. Chat to your traces instead. With the Logfire MCP, your agents bring flexibility, SQL brings precision, and you find an answer in minutes. Live on Aug 20 with @marcelotryle and @summerscope, with time for Q&A.
