Oh, look, Wayne, who's probably never been further than a day trip to Calais for his duty-free, is an expert on France. As someone who owns property there, I can confirm your opinion doesn't match reality.

Yeah, I'm sure Jimothy (WTF?) will be leading from the front.

Oooh, thousands of Brits won't stand for it. The U.K. population is almost 70 million, with an electorate of just over 48 million. See the problem there? The vast majority will simply carry on with their lives, regardless of who's in power.

While it’s correct that gilt yields went up after Truss’ disastrous mini budget, that wasn’t the only cause of her resignation. 1. £ almost hit parity with $ 2. Pensions collapse, requiring BoE intervention 3. Mortgage rates went up 4. Her own back benchers revolted Not the same

The disturbances in France are students protesting poor conditions and under funding in the public education system. Sharron clearly lacks even the most basic critical thinking skills.

Right, so you had to pay more under Biden. Briefly. The current record gas prices are far more onerous for consumers. Keep drinking the Kool-Aid.

“…this has been a nuisance…” How much are you paying for gas and diesel? It’s like trying to argue with a Labrador.

I grew up in the 70s. Sat playing Monopoly by candlelight during the winter of discontent. The 70s have nothing on how bad the 2020s have been (so far).

Sooooo... I just make my agent "smart" enough to claim that all my reservation attempts are for a decade-special birthday. Bless him for his innocence. But sure, let's "rewrite the internet" (whatever that means).

"Committed realist" says your bio. Well, clearly your reality has nothing to do with ours. Those outside your reality distortion field watch privatised water companies pay billions to shareholders, take on massive debt and pump raw sewage into our rivers.

These “relevant experts “, are they in the room with you now? A computer can be no more conscious than a light switch. The problem is people are anthropomorphising LLMs, which are just stochastic parrots.

This is the problem when people with no knowledge of computer architecture or software start anthropomorphising a glorified chatbot.

It's not the Prime Minister's job. These morons, who are the absolute scum of the earth, are the ones who need to take responsibility.

I agree. I think AI companies should be held to the same standard as other companies: if one of your employees hacks a company, you're liable. All we have here is the classic Computer Science solution of introducing an extra level of indirection. An employee set that model going.

“Observing reality “, your bio says. Not very good at that are you? Maybe read up a bit on how you can’t just fill your diesel car or lorry with crude oil. Julian was clearly failed by the education system.
