This week… an attempted attack on RAF Fairford, enabled by a foreign state determined to sponsor terrorism around the world. A failed attempt to smash a commercial plane into the ground full of passengers, possibly into a high rise also full of people & now deadly violence breaking out across France. There is something very very wrong & it’s not being taken anywhere near seriously enough.

The uprising in France is not a student protest as the MSM would have you believe. It's a muscle flex by Muslims. School protests don't set fire to Fire engines and fire fighter's. They don't attack women with flame throwers and they don't kill cops!

Oh, look, Wayne, who's probably never been further than a day trip to Calais for his duty-free, is an expert on France. As someone who owns property there, I can confirm your opinion doesn't match reality.

Thousands of brits won't stand for another labour at the general election. The country would decend into absolute chaos, we're already seeing the people are fed up. If labour keep playing like they have, they won't last till 2029, they will plunge us into a civil war.

Oooh, thousands of Brits won't stand for it. The U.K. population is almost 70 million, with an electorate of just over 48 million. See the problem there? The vast majority will simply carry on with their lives, regardless of who's in power.

Liz Truss was forced to resign when gilt yields reached 4.42%. Under Andy Burnham they are now standing at 6.00% Shouldn’t Andy Burnham resign or be calling a General election ?

While it’s correct that gilt yields went up after Truss’ disastrous mini budget, that wasn’t the only cause of her resignation. 1. £ almost hit parity with $ 2. Pensions collapse, requiring BoE intervention 3. Mortgage rates went up 4. Her own back benchers revolted Not the same

The disturbances in France are students protesting poor conditions and under funding in the public education system. Sharron clearly lacks even the most basic critical thinking skills.

TIME: Do you think the American people misunderstood that? I feel like most people heard you say four to six weeks. Trump: "No, I think the press fed it to them, so that—look, we were in Vietnam for 21, 20, years. We were in Afghanistan for many years. We were in Korea for many. We're everywhere for many years. I'm in there now for six months, and I've destroyed their nuclear capability..." time.com/article/2026/10/01/…

Right, so you had to pay more under Biden. Briefly. The current record gas prices are far more onerous for consumers. Keep drinking the Kool-Aid.

The actual ‘war phase’ lasted about 2 months…roughly 8 weeks. From that time on, this has been a nuisance give and take… on both sides. Trump has and will threaten a renewed bombing war. Real news(not CNN) is showing cracks in Iran and an economic disaster. Swing and a miss for Kaitlan and CNN.

Burnham must be totally insane. No one under the age of 55 can even imagine a 3-day week. An IMF bailout. Inflation at 26% No one under 50 can imagine bodies going unburied. The 1970s is remembered by many as the grimmest decade in modern British history: a toxic combination of economic collapse, crumbling infrastructure, political instability, and social unrest. And Burnham wants to take us back there.
'Everything in Britain was great until the 1980s when it suddenly went to shit' remains an utterly baffling narrative on every single level.

Instinct CEO Noah Shinn says agents will let restaurants give tables to birthdays and anniversaries over whoever clicks first "And traditionally, because of the way that the internet has worked, at least for reservations, it's been first come first serve. So anyone that comes in, no matter how important or how not important it might be, whoever gets in first gets the reservation." "But what if you had the ability for the agent to be able to communicate on both sides, communicate, hey, this is important. This is actually the person's spouse's birthday, the 30th birthday, a very special event is coming up." "And the restaurant too can say, let's actually prioritize birthdays or major decade birthdays or major anniversaries or these certain people, I don't know, whatever it might be, right?" "So now with the ability, with all of the logistical burden of having to describe exactly what your case is and what's happening and why it's important. Now we have the ability to perfectly match what does the restaurant want? What does the user want?" "And that will result in more special events for the users being able to actually have a spot in the restaurant."
Instinct CEO Noah Shinn says an agent could check every restaurant in the world for a table every five seconds and predicts the internet will be rewritten in the coming years "Although I'll be clear, I do think that in the coming years, I think the internet's going to be rewritten. I think that the way that most people on the planet interact with software is going to be very, very different." "To break it down, though, I think in the short and medium term, famously, maybe reservations is one where, like booking a reservation." "So historically, how is that done? Well, the human has to go on to the site and to go to whatever restaurant that they care about and then click through the site and then put their two people, this time, and try to get it right and then if they don't get it they're just too late and it's first come first serve." "But then now when you have an agent you can theoretically just have the agent check every five seconds not just across that one restaurant that you really care about that's your favorite restaurant you can't get in." "Sure that's one case right but what if it's doing that across every site in the world for every restaurant in the world in every major city. Right. And now you can see how the agent is able to exploit just something simple, like restaurant reservations."

Sooooo... I just make my agent "smart" enough to claim that all my reservation attempts are for a decade-special birthday. Bless him for his innocence. But sure, let's "rewrite the internet" (whatever that means).

Every single privatised industry that was once publicly owned greatly improved under privatisation. The hankering for public ownership as some form of remedy to the countries ills is pure fantasy.

Please note this: M&S Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice (with bits). As I opened the bottle, I saw a not inconsequential amount of the liquid (and bits) clinging to the lid. Had I left the lid attached, there would be a non-zero chance the orange juice would gloop onto my white shirt. I therefore tore off the lid (attached due to the EU’s Single-Use Plastics Directive 2019/904) in order to make the product useable. It left a sticky scratchy bit of plastic at the top, which I now have to consciously think about avoiding as I drink my orange juice. My overall product experience has been made materially worse. Oh, and I ripped off the lid anyway. No one wins from this insane regulation.

Eco friendly be damned. These white shelled eggs supermarkets now insist on selling because they’re “better for the environment” are rubbish. Impossible to break the shells without breaking the yolk. Danny Tommo. To be convicted of criminal damage - the owner of the boat must be identified. If not, then Tommo might own the boat and is just damaging his own property. None of the above matters. He was arrested for being anti illegal migration. The government and establishment are terrified of the English people. We are beginning to roar. Micha wrote “one of our models was able to gain unauthorized access to the internet during RL training” I love the use of the passive voice. Tis a subtle way to say “we humans at @OpenAI are essentially incompetent, having failed to provide even the most basic safeguards, compounded by the fact that our observability was missing in action.
Some new misalignment disclosures from OpenAI: • Last Sunday morning, one of our models was able to gain unauthorized access to the internet during RL training (~all inference for our most capable models remains stopped until we have hardened our systems further) • In May, a version of HPIM uploaded a employee's GitHub token to the internet, causing the model to be quarantined for two weeks • A new research finding, demonstrating that one can construct self-replicating prompt injections alignment.openai.com/misalig…

I agree. I think AI companies should be held to the same standard as other companies: if one of your employees hacks a company, you're liable. All we have here is the classic Computer Science solution of introducing an extra level of indirection. An employee set that model going.
